The Brewers have the second most losses in the NL since the beginning of July....Only the Pirates have less...Kendrick is 5-1 this year, but they do have to face Gallardo tonite. possibly the best Brewers pitcher since Sheets is on the DL.....Both teams are feeling the pressure of the division races, but I dont understand why the Phills are +141 here, i mean, the Phills did take 3 out of 4 from the Brewers this year already....Simply betting the awesome value here....

please people, phils have been overachievers in July, and will start to fall out of the race by end of august! Just my opinion obviously, but they are hurting right now, with injuries to utley & victorino, and shaky starting pitching and suspect bullpen, heck, they had a 7-1 lead against cubs yesterday and barely hung on for the win, they do not have a good lead off hitter and are very short on the bench! Not saying the brew crew is anything great lately but, they have been hittin the ball well at home and I look for them to possibly sweep the phillies this weekend! GL either way Hile, you are the man!

I would agree that the inuries hurt a lot. However to say they have been overachieving is odd. They have been a huge second half team for the last three years. The only reason nobody knows it is because they have narrowly missed the postseason. Keep in mind that the pen pitched 8 innings and the conditions at Wrigley made for an offensive game. It's hardly shocking the Cubs made it interesting.

brewers are one of the worse teams since the break , well maybe thats overstating it some but i can see the phillies taking 2 out of three no problem
