Tigers team total over 4.5 -115
Don’t love they leaving Coors for their park but Corbin is a lot like Freeland they just lit up. Tigers swinging the bats well from both sides, if I could do 1st 5 I’d prob play that but fairly confident if they can get 3+ Ff they should get 5 for game.

Theresa passed last night so that part of my life officially over, I’m sure I’ll have some days than others but I’m relieved it over and hope she at peace. I don’t want to make a huge thing of it but I know you guys care and thought you should kmow as you all been very supportive and I appreciate it.

This dude has never learned to control the damn ball, I wanted to like him for years and I’ve cashed a few plays w him when his k number was low. Even in cle park this isn’t the place imo, he is gonna walk 2-3+ and eventually Phillies will make him pay, I just can’t him pitching strong enough to get into the 6th, if he goes 5 innings it will be a win for him. He has only hit this mark in 2 of 7 starts, oddly one against Yankees but I’m not buying here, I just can’t picture him getting thru this lineups 2x without damage and certainly don’t expect him to pitch to this lineup a 3rd time.

I guess as awful watching someone die of cancer can be I tapped out so much depression and emotion like in March and April. I’m smoking more weed now which might help numb me a bit but it was just time ya know. I was afraid she was gonna live all weekend and drag this awful shit out. I pretty much told her goodbye on Wed, then her sister stayed w her yesterday and she got time, I went back yesterday evening and I debated staying night but I really didn’t think she wanted me there. I know she didn’t but my worry was she get to end and have regrets bout that and I didht want her in that spot and alone. She had the nurses and they all loved her and they all told Me they be there w her so I decided to go to dinner and come home. Wasn’t a few hours later they called. I was relieved today wasn’t gonna be yesterday again, they were nice and I smoked half a j and went back to sleep., but then I got a long as phone call cause I guess your eyes not part the donor card and they gotta get on that shit fast. It was like 2 hour almost call I had to talk to one lady and agree then I had this reduced question thing j had to go thru but I told jokes and talked e the ladies . One said I made her day, it felt good feeling like myself and I being really kind talking bout. It gonna be ok, cleaning up her stuff I really still havnt did and organizing house will be hard but nothing a bunch of weed and chopping it up w ya’l canc get me thru
Appreciate it man.
We never met her but we knew her through you and she was a helluva fighter, no doubt.

Spot sucks for sure. The only reason I played and prob shoulda waited awhile but it was the Freeland game yesterday and now Corbin today. They don’t throw the same but it another past his prime lefty that gonna have a few frisbees coming into righty wheelhouses. If they get Some walks in front of those we get a few crooked numbers I think. But otherwise I agree w the skepticism. Off a double dip also, hoping what they say true where adrenaline carries them 1st game and it game 2 you get the real letdown, I’ve never been able to figure out if this true! Lol

I cant think of a better way to describe the loss of a loved one after a long battle with illness.
My dad was sick for a long time before he passed (10 years ago), and what i quoted was exactly how i felt when he finally went. It was hard watching the decline when the chances to get better dwindled with each passing day.
Keep your chin up man, each day is a new one.

I never found him easy, lol. They way tigers are hitting lhp, numbers don’t hold up great for sinkers vs opposite handed hitters, lot of pitchers have stopped throwing it much to lefties, same w slider to an extent. He giving up his highest line drive rate since back in those years he was awful! I assume he will throw a lot of cutters today, teams are making more contact in the zone and spitting on more pitches out the zone. Unless tigers just take the night off and they don’t strike me as thar team I think they get him for 3 at least. I’d love the Ff tt if I could play but I’m ok with the game Tt, might consider Corbin er ov 2.5 also.

I thought for sure the stubborn ass was gonna drag it all weekend but I think she just wanted to see certain ppl, I felt like I had to make her know it was ok and I’d be ok, I know she went thru this shit a extra year cause I told her I still needed her. I told her wensday night (wasn’t sure if I see her thu or she pass) that it was ok, I was ready now and promised her I would be on and move on. After seeing her sister for big part of yesterday then me coming and telling her that she was gone in few hours after we left. I had a feeling she didn’t want me there for the end, I considered spending night but just knowing her I felt like she probably wanted me gone which I know she was doing for me. She had the nurses who were really good and all liked her a lot, she had been then almost 6 months they don’t get many patients that last that long. Anyways I’m happy she not in pain, happy I don’t have to go see her in pain today, my moms bday this weekend so we going out 2marro but I have today to lay around and get baked! Cept I’m running pretty low on weed I might needs someone to get me weed! Lol. Anyways I appreciate ya’ll being concerned but also giving me space here I could just talk sports or about this If I felt the urge, just like capping games sometimes writing this stuff out helps me deal with it so thanks everyone’s who read it.

It’s ok brotha. I’m ok. Sad but also optimistic to get a life back, little nervous. I really havnt did shit besides take care of her then just sit with her for better part of 3 years. Last year I had to put everything on hold cause I couldn’t be away from her more than a hour. I did few concrete jobs (driveways cause they pour really fast once set up), I don’t think I wanna fo that anymore. I’d really like to get a job at the weed store at 1st, I can walk there, I love it there, the ppl all so awesome, but I can’t work there cause my felonies for guess what? Weed! and I have one controlled substance for a tiny bit of testosterone. Anyways you think I’m the most qualified applicant they even had but apparently did the government decide who got to get rich off weed they also don’t let the ppl the imprisoned for it even work there!!

Fedde is a bum, period, the most bargain basement garbage cards could lock up for 3 years at 7.5 a year, if that not you rookie contract the money says it all. He learned to pitch a tad in Japan but his stuff is still below average. Mostly throwing a sinker/slider which imo the worst 2 pitches you can throw to opposite handed hitters. Woods hitting way up in the lineup, I don’t see a world where he not on base either driving Abram’s in or getting drove in.

Cubs tt ov 3.5 -125
Cubbies offense is just too good to be this number imo. Holmes seems to be starting to work as a starter but still don’t think he has come close to what king did for pads. He has went 6 innings to of last 3 starts but those were also against the cardinals putrid offense compared to cubbies high powered lineup. This feels like the kind of number they should only get facing a legit ace. Is Holmes that? I’m not ready to say he is so if he can shut cubs down I’ll pay for it.

Not sure what happened to him last start? Been rolling along cashing tickets then he goes out and has a 0k effort!! That prob more rare than a no hitter these days! Nothing bout his velo or anything seems like it was off that day so I’m gonna assume he ate some bad Mexican food or something before the game! If he can’t punch out 6 white sox I think it be time to re-evaluate! lol. I’m willing to give him one more chance as he has struck out more than this in 5 of 7 and appears to usually bounce back strong off a low k game.
