If you do not understand the first list what it shows is a pattern. OKC after a Laker win will try to gut them. If they succeed in the next game
77-75
114-108
Lakers 105-96
Essentially that is the pattern

Looking at Orlando. Cleveland plays at Miami Saturday and the last time they played Miami was at home last year and they were beaten by 24 points. Orlando is not a great team and Cleveland is a lousy road team but taking Orlando in this spot seems percentage because you know Orlando wants to win and Cleveland interest is rather doubtful

which is not correct. Still see an effect but not as strong.

Don't really like the card much. NY has revenge from the Sunday beat down but revenge isn't enough for me there.

Hopefully brook can play today... Without him the nets will probably get crushed in the paint

Bad teams rarely look ahead. If Cleveland knows they are playing Miami on the road the next night wouldn't they think they need to beat Orlando? The coach probably thinks we need tonights game so lets go for it and get ready for a beat down in Miami.

Cleveland is awful in Friday road games. 5-15 last 20 SU. Out scored by 9 points on average a game

I like the Pelicans. Memphis are too depleted to really put up a fight.

Nightmare schedule for the Pacers have ended. I doubt they will be awake enough to beat Charlotte by 10+ points.

Long road trip (5 games), playing Clips, Thunder, Spurs and Portland - come back home, play the Hea - obviously most hated rival at this point and now Charlotte...

Last year they went 2 - 0 ATS playing Orlando before playing Miami (1 - 1 SU).

Since Bron's trade, Cleveland are 3 - 0 ATS playing Orlando before playing in Miami...

You probably should evaluate the game based on who you like. Still leaning Orlando but not a pick yet. That 24 point home blow out not being the last game weakens that play a lot Refs in OKC
Crawford 1-4 for 10 plus favorites
OKC 1-4 ATS with him at home
Guthrie 0-1 10 plus favorites
OKC 4-2 ATS at home
Cutler no 10 plus fav
OKC 0-2 ATS at home with him
Meanwhile the Lakers are on 2 days rest and recently had 4 days rest while OKC is playing 7th game in 11 days and the Lakers have a solid core of young players who shoot the ball very well and rarely get tired.

Refs in Suns game seriously suck for the Suns
Refs in Laker game poor for the over. Probably playing it anyway.
Definite interest in Bobcats as a play but Indiana with 2 days rest a big negative and Laker game the next day is a problem. Still a clear lean so far.

Lakers without Blake is devastating. Shooting 3s against Thunder is a quick way to get rolled. All the makings of a serious blowout and no one overlooks the Lakers.

so far on the Clev-Orlando Under. Tough schedule spot for orlando making this essentially another road stop. Clev with Miami the next day shouldn't be looking to tire out, and they havent shown an ability to score on the road yet.

on Charlotta 1st H. Indi should have really no interest in this game, but have the ability to turn it on late as they've been doing all year.

Locked in Bulls -3 and Atlanta -5.5

don't like much else. Will eye 2h plays on Denver and Indiana

Locked in Minn. Pretty bad spot for Spurs.
Honestly a lot of this is very silly. Suns much the best team playing with large rest advantage and major revenge and people are afraid to play with Kings dealing with breaking in a new team and a look ahead
Lakers may be a two unit play for me despite the silly remarks above.

Scary. You have a good team with a real rest advantage and a tired OKC team with 0 motivation. Save your money today

Tuck, I don't know what will happen today, but Lakers without all three PG today - Blake, Nash and Farmar.

That means that Kobe will get the ball a lot more and I doubt that it's a good thing for a team that still didn't get use to him.

I'm not saying that Thunder are a good bet, for the reasons you mentioned, but I just think that 10 - 12 points line is the correct line here and it can easily be a game, where ATS winner will be decided by some meaningless basket for either team, deep in the garbage time....

Spurs like to shave at home on Friday, so somewhat agree with the Wolves.

Have to agree with Spek that no-one overlooks the Lakers especially with Kobe back.

I'm on a sabbatical right now, but I might have no choice but to play the Warriors -3.5 tonight.

Houston off B2B on the road
GSW in a sweet revenge spot (they were vanquished earlier this month in HOUS by 20+)
ESPN home game angle for GSW...Crowd should be pumped on a Fri night.
HOUS giving up 110PPG on the road...Trouble against this GSW team that can pour it on

If I do decide to play it, I will post it. If I play it, I'd advise you guys to fade the play because I've been dead cold as of late.

Agree with concerns about the point guard position for Lakers. No 13 anymore so my 12.5 will be the last bet.
Could I be wrong. Certainly. But I am not wrong about that Pattern. I am not wrong about the no motivation for OKC or the thought that with 6 more games without 2 days off OKC might be looking to rest a little. Bottom line I am willing to trust the Laker kids to find a way to avoid a 3 in a row ATS loss.
As to Minn---I got 9.5 and it is 8.5. Spurs have this coming

[TD="class: statistics_table_bodernone, colspan: 10"] All Pops wants is to survive this game with a win and not get anyone hurt. Just an easy play. Pounding the rock had an estimate of 4.
A lot of these games seem very hard to me. Boston beat NY by 41 last time in NY. Very hard for me to take a side there. Structure is very poor for Bobcats. Maybe that first half bet that was mentioned.
Anyway Minn just looks like money to me and I am trying to find what I think anyway are safe bets where i am going with the odds. Need to think more.

May be adding the Bulls. Not too concerned about the spread as opposed to the Bulls line up.

Strong lean toward the under in GS. Gonna wait it out as I think I could get an extra point or two of movement from the late night chasers

Some interest in Memphis
Ed Davis (ankle) is expected to return on Friday after going through shootaround without any setbacks.

His return is welcome news for the short-handed Grizzlies, but it won't help fantasy owners who are capitalizing on Jon Leuer's recent hot streak.

Tony Allen - G/F - Grizzlies

Tony Allen (hip) participated in Friday's shootaround and he's expected to return to action vs. the Pelicans.

The Grizzlies are 1-3 in Allen's absence and they're allowing 102.5 points per game, far above than their season average. His return will allow Jerryd Bayless to shift back to his usual spot as the first guard off the bench.

on my way to gah-den to see the beatdown part deaux

knicks v. C's

enjoy guys!

Coming off one of their better performances this season, the Nets will play without their starting center. Brook Lopez, who scored 16 points in the Nets’ 102-93 victory over the Los Angeles Clippers on Thursday, will sit out with a sprained left ankle. Veteran Reggie Evans will start in his place, according to head coach Jason Kidd.
Lopez also missed the first meeting between the clubs, a 109-97 victory when the Pistons out-rebounded Brooklyn 44-35. “They’re a big team,” Kidd said. “They get on the glass, so we have to rebound the ball on the defensive end and limit them to one shot. It’s not just going to be one guy. Everybody has to pitch in, from the smalls to the bigs. We have to work together to get that rebound.”
Detroit guard Rodney Stuckey, who was questionable with a thumb injury, will play. So will guard Chauncey Billups, who has missed 15 of the last 16 games with a knee injury.
The Pistons have given up 114 points per game during their three-game losing streak. They haven’t practiced in a week because of their schedule but coach Mo Cheeks downplays the significance of the practice lull. “We can’t use that as an excuse,” he said. “A lot of teams don’t have practice time and as the NBA season goes along, we just have to stay committed to what we’re doing.”

Though physically sound, Danny Granger will not make his return tonight because the veteran forward needs more time to regain his timing and rebuild his conditioning. “He’s got a ways to go with his conditioning,” coach Frank Vogel said. “We’ll look at it each day, we’ve got a couple of practices this weekend and see where he’s at.” Granger has been out all season, first recovering from left knee surgery, most recently due to a left calf strain.
Vogel will make one change to the rotation, replacing second-year shooting guard Orlando Johnson with veteran Rasual Butler. Johnson has played in all 22 games, averaging 13.9 minutes, 3.7 points and .363 shooting. “Trying to keep everybody sharp and everybody getting opportunities,” Vogel said. “You’ve got to make sure you’re exploring all your weapons, all your assets, make sure you’re using your guys the right way so you can maximize your team’s potential.” Butler, 34, is the oldest player on the roster.
The Bobcats will regain the services of backup center Bismack Biyombo, who missed the past two games with a right ankle sprain. “He feels better, went through shootaround, so he’s going to try to play,” said Bobcats coach Steve Clifford.
The game marks the first return to Indiana for Cody Zeller, the No. 4 overall pick in the 2013 NBA Draft. He’s averaging 17.8 minutes, 5.3 points and 4.2 rebounds off the bench but has been hot of late, making 12-for-18 shots and averaging 8.3 points in the past three games. “He’s bright, he’s a natural worker, he picks things up very quickly,” Clifford said, “so I think his progress has been really good.”
Charlotte will start Kemba Walker, Gerald Henderson, Jeffery Taylor, Josh McRoberts and Al Jefferson for the fourth time, seeking a third win Brendan Haywood (left foot fracture) and Michael Kidd-Gilchrist (left hand fracture) are inactive.
Indiana will start George Hill, Lance Stephenson, Paul George, David West and Roy Hibbert for the 20th time, seeking a 17th win. Granger is inactive.

CAVALIERS AT MAGIC, 7 P.M.
TV: League Pass

Magic forward Tobias Harris will play for the first time since aggravating his high ankle sprain Nov. 24 in his only appearance of the season. ”There’s definitely a mental hurdle once you get hurt and re-tweak it again,” Harris said. “I just have confidence in myself and confidence that my ankle is healed and that I can go out there and play to the best of my abilities.”
Harris will not start, but Magic coach Jacque Vaughn said he has “no minutes restrictions.”
Solomon Jones will be inactive to accommodate Harris‘ active roster spot..
With the availability of Harris, neither team is reporting any injuries.
The Cavaliers have won four of their last five, but have the worst record in the league (1-10) on the road. Coach Mike Brown says they are coming off one of their best practices. “If we lose tonight, does that mean we’re never going to win on the road? No, I don’t believe that,” Brown said. “If we won tonight, is everything is in the rear-view mirror? Oh no. It’s a process, and hopefully everybody can take it one step at a time and get too far in from of ourselves and think everything is going to be OK from this point on because it may not be.”
The Magic are 14th in the NBA in overall field-goal defense, but 27th in defending the 3-point shot. “The game right now has evolved to threes and paint,” said Vaughn. “Right now we”re probably top 10, top five at defending the paint. I think the next step is to try to connect and have some synergy with defending the 3-point line. It’s extremely difficult to do that, and that’s a challenge for us.”
CAVALIERS LINEUP: Alonzo Gee, Tristan Thompson, Andrew Bynum, C.J. Miles, Kyrie Irving.
MAGIC LINEUP: Arron Afflalo, Glen Davis, Nikola Vucevic, Victor Oladipo, Jameer Nelson .

76ERS AT RAPTORS, 7 P.M. ET
TV: League Pass

John Salmons, Greivis Vasquez and Patrick Patterson will all be available to play for the Toronto Raptors. Along with Chuck Hayes, the trio was acquired from the Sacramento Kings in a trade with for Rudy Yag, Aaron Gray and Quincy Acy on Sunday.
“We want to make sure we integrate them in and mix them in as much as possible,” Raptors coach Dwane Casey said of the newcomers. “We’ve given them some simple things to think about and do offensively but the one thing they can do, and it’s universal, is play defense so I’m excited to see what they bring and what shakes out of it.”
Hayes will be unable to play as he is in Cleveland undergoing baseline cardio tests.
Raptors forward Tyler Hansbrough will make his return to the lineup after missing two-straight games with a shoulder sprain.
Philadelphia 76ers rookie sensation Michael Carter-Williams will miss his fifth straight game with a right knee infection. Carter-Williams is averaging 17.7 points and 7.3 assists per game this season. Tony Wroten will once again start in his place.

another few weeks with a hamstring tear) and Steve Nash (out indefinitely), the Lakers will again run a patchwork set of lead guards including Kobe Bryant, Xavier Henry, Jodie Meeks and incredibly, unfathomably, unbelievably...Nick Young. The Lakers haven't reported a starter yet for tonight's matchup, but it will most likely be Meeks or Young alongside Bryant.

Don't see how the Thunder would pass up whipping Kobe's ass on national tv, Tuck. Think they drop the ball next game vs the Magic.

Okc is gonna spank the magic IMO. Sick Sunday home team. Religion has a lot to do with it. The travel situation after a long road trip isn't as bad for the first home game. Usually the second. Or the road game following the home game

You might want to look at the box scores. You can still get out.

Im not sure Nash plays another game in the NBA. Id say he is done. He has old man injuries

Yep I too have those injuries and will probly never step foot on the court again
