Not how I am capping this year but that is a good look. Detroit maybe more settled after a game back home. Obvious situation. Detroit already beat them at Palace though too.

I'ts hard to figure out Cleveland at the moment. They looked nice in the second half against Phoenix, but look who was the rival...
They looked terrible against the Bulls, didn't see the game against Minny, but Minny was leading in the final two minutes, so that's a hint to how Cleveland have played...

Cleveland should turn the corner sooner or later. They are still the team to beat in the East and Bron is obviously eager to prove they are better now... I wouldn't take 4.5 points, if I believe that the dog will lose, but cover. Can Detroit win? The answer is yes, but I don't know if it's a good spot for them...

If I had to pick, I would have taken the Pistons, but since I don't have to, easy skip for me...

Dragic is back tonight for Miami from a calf injury. I think it will take him a couple of games to get back into the swing of things....

The heat are off two days rest so Wade should be great tonight. We know now that the heat are going to be giving it their all every game to make up for the terrible performances lately. The defense is really good. It really all comes down to the offense being rested.

Pistons +4.5.... The Cavs have had two encouraging performances with Lue and they're content with how they've played.... Against shitty teams. They are probably looking ahead to the Spurs tomorrow. What worries me is BCs trend... 2nd game back from a 4 game RT for EC teams.... But they're playing the Cavs so I'm not going to let that influence me too much.

Rockets +8.... Off an embarrassing performance vs the Spurs and Houston has owned the Thunder lately. Okc is home off a 4 game successful RT. Durant is playing out of his mind right now but I'm not impressed with them defensively and that's not going to remedy itself because they haven't had time to practice lately.

Miami +1.... Really like Miami when they're rested. Only problem is I don't know how much Dragic plays or how effective he is.

Batum wasn't thrilled to say the least, to be traded to the Hornets. He scored 33 points in the first match up between the teams earlier this season, leading the Hornets to win both SU and ATS. I think Charlotte got a shot here today to win SU, not only ATS...
Also, Portland are 3 - 2 this season off two wins streak. Interesting, that in all three wins the total was Over and in all three losses, the total was Under.
Portland scored 88 points in both losses and 115, 110 and 116 in three wins...

If I had to play the Miami Game I would consider the Under before the side It's been a long grind and even with rest Bosh and Wade aren't getting any younger and they lose an inportant piece. also even though Milw played last night it became a blow out and the starters played 148 minutes which is on the low side over 160 I might have given Miami a second look. Milw's bench played 92 that's a lot. Betting this game is tough they suit up tomorrow. or maybe a half time who knows.
