When I put in a bet at 5 d the price changed. In this case it was under 5.5 in the Cubs game first half. My reasoning was Hill is on 6 days rest where he is 4-1 with a 3.11 era. Looking at this year and last he was about a 2-1 under getting 5.5 first half. Snell last 17 on the road would be 2-15 under. I was betting minus 15 cents. They moved it to 20 which I paid. Wind is supposed to be about 9 south 56-61 degrees. Not waiting on ump. Could be rain so just want to deal with first half. GL

in effect making him pay more (-120 instead of -115) when they saw what he wanted to wager on knowing that he will 99% of the time just re-submit the wager?

I like to waste their bandwidth by refreshing repeatedly and continually trying to submit the wager at the posted price.

It'll be -105 on the wager page, but once I select it and submit they'll bump it to -115. I cancel. Lather, rinse, repeat....because the bitches leave -105 on the select your wager page.

the motherfuckers. I've actually missed out on several bets because of that. but fuck them if they think I'm going to spend 15 cents when they're advertising 5 cents. It's like, you pick up a 20 oz coke at the quickie mart, and there's a 99c sticker on it. Then you get to the register and they try to charge you $1.25 for it.

fuck that and fuck them.

it's not just 5dimes or BM either though... i have had the folks at sportsbook.com do the exact same thing....

sometimes the prices will jump up, other times they will bump the line up .5 pts. it really pisses me off when it's football and they pull that .5 pt line jump after i have selected my wager but right before i hit submit....
