I think the Bears might just be a bigger mess. Bears can't score even against a really bad Colts defense. Hoyer can't get downfield and your WRs are dropping like flies. Where is the pressure on Luck going to come from on the Bears defense? Gore has a field day receiving out of backfield and Luck hits a couple long plays. Now all of that said I put Howard in over Elliot in fantasy.
