$300 Northern Illinois -1

Northern Illinois may be a bit disappointed about not making it into a BCS game, but this may be the best thing for them if they want a win. Utah State is a solid team, but I think they're living a bit on their reputation from last season. Fresno just knocked them off by seven and I would take Northern Illinois any day of the week.

Marshall/Maryland pk - Not much of an opinion right now. Will be one of my smaller wagers. Slight lean towards Maryland.

Texas Bowl
Syracuse/ Minnesota -3.5 - Would love Minnesota at -3. I'll probably keep going back to the well and pull the Minnesota team total and possibly the game over.

Fight Hunger Bowl
Washington -6.5/BYU - I'd like BYU with 7, thinking under in this one. Not a real strong opinion.

Rutgers/Notre Dame -18.5 - Comfortable that Notre Dame will win this game by double digits, but this is a game I'd like to see the weather first before betting. Lean towards Notre Dame, but if there's any weather issues I'll be on Rutgers smaller.

$300 UNC -3 - UNC has been pretty disappointing this year, but I see this game as a springboard into next season and one they'll handle in what is basically a home game.

Miami/Louisville -3 - Thinking I'll end up in the over with this game and a slight lean towards Louisville.

Michigan -2.5/Kansas State - Going to need some help on this one. Been kind of down on K-State this season and when I bet against them they hurt me. Leaning K-State team total over.

i saw something terrible wrong with NIU last week. They're a team that might have absolutely zero interest in this game. Their defense played about as bad as a defense can play. Don't know much about the status of Utah St QB. Lots to follow up on this one. GL!

Agree with your assessment but couldn't help but wonder if on some level they were tanking because deep down they didn't want to get embarrassed in a BCS bowl again...which helps to set up the play vs. USU.
