SVP and the Bear both killed it the final week. The Bear did so well (6-0) he got promoted from the D-League. SVP and Stanford Steve both finished in the black, SVP hitting 60%, Steve 57%...McElroy showed he’s a serious handicapper in his first year and finished in the black, just behind Steve at 56%...Phil Steele finished in the plus column for wins, but in the red for betting…

Corso was the best Super Dog picker, and all five finished in the black

All the D-League pickers lost for the week, Fortenbaugh leading the way with an 0-6 whiff, and my picks were as horseshit as any, a 2-5 that was even worse than it looks. I gave points with three teams that lost SU, two of them blowouts, and two of the losses were ML favorites…Even worse, I lost my discipline and broke two of my cardinal rules—never bet a game just because there are only a few games to bet, and never bet against Alabama...

Only one D-League picker finished in the black for the season, and only by the thinnest of margins…

A lot of discussion on Daily Wager about the Army/Navy total. They said the total has gone under for 14 straight years, but this is the lowest total of any of those games and using this total the last 14 year you would have gone 7-7
