really high on peavy and sox today. faded him his last start, and he impressed me. had him slated for some regression to the norm this year, and watched his last game very closely. The long ball is what used to bother him the most 2 years ago, and it's not like it didn't bother him in his last start, but his pitches were absolutely moving and he had more command than i thought he'd have.
I think he's still the real deal, and has enough in the tank to take care of the bats in cleveland.
Annnnnd oh btw---Myers got shelled, is getting shelled, and will get shelled.
fading cahill and his stikeout numbers. they are coming back to earth. not high on this dude at all this year, think you can find legit value fading him. los doyers work him out today, hopefully beckett doesn't throw underhand.
Tepesch is a beast, anyone saying different is thinking too hard. Kid has legit stuff, but there's no way he can repeat his last start, and maurer throws BP. over made sense.
