Had a good week last week, but got a little cocky with my Dallas selection and it bit me in the arse. I should have kept with my 2 unit bet, but I was feeling good and wanted to make a move. It really soured my good Sunday but instead of bitching about it I will focus my energy on this next weeks games.

These are only leans as of now, I just wanted to get some discussion going on these games. I wanted to show all my leans for every game, but will not play them all. It is just for tracking purposes only. I will finalize my plays prior to Sunday. Feel free to chime in with any comments or add anything if a certain game has caught your eye.

The ones I feel most strongly about right now are:
<!--[if !supportEmptyParas]--> <o></o>
Jacksonville –7<o></o>
I will probably end up buying the hook. Jaguars lost to Houston twice last season, its time for some Jaguar revenge this Sunday. Their D has stepped up their games after the Titans ran thru them in the first week. Their numbers against the run are over 100 YPG, but that is largely inflated due to Tennessee rushing for 260 in week 1. They are still a respectable D, only giving up an average on 10 points a game. I think they get it done this week against the Texans. I gotta check the injury status of Andre Johnson.

I like what David Gerrard is doing, not turning the ball over. This team will be in most games if they don’t turn the ball over because their D is the strength of the team. They have been improving week after week and I look for it to continue this week.

Philly –3
I like philly coming outta the bye. They need to get their shit straight right now if the want to get in the mix for the NFC playoffs. I just don’t think this Jets team is that good. Their D just doesn’t get pressure on the QB, and if McNabb has time he will get you. I will have to keep an eye on the injury report to see if Westbrook, Dawkins and Sheppard are coming back.
Arizona –4
I don’t think this Carolina team is that good, and its not going to get any better with rookie FA Matt Moore as your QB. This team could barely muster up any offense with Delhomme in the mix. I think this team is going down the tubes, and going down the tubes fast. Arizona has been solid so far this season…. aside from that backdoor cover by St. Louis last week. Ken Wisenhunt has the Cardinals doing something they are not accustomed to doing….WINNING. They are solid in all 3 phases of the game.
