DK/FD Week 13 Discussion

Lets discuss.

At first glance, I really like the Chicago/San Fran game from a stack perspective. San Fran defense is extremely bad OTR.

The hot play this week will be David Johnson, but I'd be weary of Stephon Taylor.....Arians has a way of playing shitty RBs. Will be a fade for me this week.

Saints will be low owned because of Carolina.

Carolina will be chalky, and they should be.....Carolina has scored I believe at least 23 every single game this year....now they get the leagues worst defense.

Indy is terrible against #2 WRS, so Bryant is a sneaky pivot off Brown.

I think this is a Blount game for NE, and most people wont touch him, because he seems like he's died.

Rivers @ home against Denver, seems like a sneaky play.......

Cincy RBs, I prefer Bernard over Hill....Clevelands defense is a SIV, and i think Bernard can benefit from that.

Hoyer is such a different beast at home than otr, and I think he's a good play at QB this week.

No one will be on Nuk, cuz he fucked everyone last week....but game script didnt do him any favors. NO never got back in that game after Hou went up early.

Same game as above, McCoy continues to get the bell cow of the carries, and now that Karlos Williams is out....i think he continues to exceed value....boobie dixon does nothing for anyone.

I will have alot of Deangelo williams shares....i think he goes off.

I thought Tannehill could be a decent play perhaps with Landry stack...until I saw Pouncey may not play.

As a Bills fan I think owning rbs vs them the rest of the season will be solid plays. DLine is decimated with Carrington and Kyle both donezo, lb Bradham won't play and they we already weak @ LB. Blue is 6k on fanduel, but you have to count on tds from him which is scary.

In DKs, I had the same thought about Blount, and Cutler at only $100 more than Hoyer and with a home/better matchup looks like a juicy play, as mentioned with a stack (Jeffrey not on inj report).

Still like Hoyer on road and Hopkins stack with game flow much better, as you stated.

Not sure who to trust in Cincy running the ball.

Some good WRs that could go off for various reasons:

Jax: Allen with Hurns doubtful to play

Jets: Same thing with Beckham if Revis can't go.

Dolphins: Landry won't have Matthews across from him but some people like Parker sliding in. OC change might affect also.

Bengals: Green might get lucky and not have to face injured Haden.

yea i have him in probably 70% of my lineups thus far.. seems like tons of rb value this week so i been loading up on more high dollar wrs, i like cheap qbs as well but am playing Cam in some cause he playing aints after all.

im not ready to go huge on chicago. Gabbert is (yes im serious) not terrible. I may even have a SF ML bet here. You probably can't go wrong going Cutler/Jeffrey, but I may avoid that game, and im certainly not huge on chicagos d

Could be a good week to pay up for Dalton/Green. But Dalton on the road is risky no matter who they are playing. Expect Cincy to be holding the lead though, so Cleveland will be throwing a lot. I'd look at Barnidge or Benji\

I can absolutely get on board with a Tannehill/Landry stack.

Not touching any players in Seattle/Minny

Giants are such a mess, love Decker/Marshall/Ivory...all should be great

Tennessee/Jax could be much more entertaining than it has any right to be. Neither team plays defense. as I said, love the mariota/delanie stack, but maybe just delanie, as that team really has no WRs

Oakland at home should have a good passing game. Like Crabtree

Stevie Johnson maybe worth a shot, but tough to play anyone vs that D

Philly will be throwing a lot. Maybe a guy like Huff gets u a cheap score

Gonna avoid Carolian, everyone will be on their players

I like Devonta freeman, dangelo williams, blue, forte at rb. Also Gurley to bounce back but risky and expensive. Allen could have a big day seeing as everyone does vs miami

My concern for CJ is
1.) his ownership levels will be in the 30-40 %, possibly the only other two guys owned higher OBJ, and David Johnson.
2.) He's not even the starter.

Narrative for you, is Gates is 5 or 6 TDs short of the TE TD record....I can see Phil targeting him alot if they're in the RZ.

I think with Baldwin you're chasing points, and Rhodes will be on him. Rhodes shut down Julio Jones last week.

Ravens defense has given up 275+ yards and multiple TDs OTR this year to opposing QBS, Ryan Tannehill---good GPP play, and Tannehill has averaged multiple TDS at home this year. Baltimore defense is the 26th ranked team based on DVOA.

Only player targeted more than Julio Jones in the NFL....Jarvis Landry can you believe him and OBJ use to lineup together at LSU, sick.

On the flip side, Miami's defense has given up a TD to #1 WR's in 10 straight games....they rank dead last against #1WR according to DVOA. Kamar Aiken needs to be in your GPP lineups.

Miami Defense is also a sneak play, because Matt "Pick 6" Schaub is always in play.

Tennessee ranks dead last against #2 receivers and 24th against TE's this year. With Allen Hurns out, Julius Thomas off a huge game, and fits both of these stat lines say he could be in for a huge game.

Vegas line is 10 for the Pats/Eagles game, which many people think is too low...i believe w/all the injuries for the Pats, and the fact that the Eagles have given up 150+ yards over the last 5 contests on the ground, that this is a Legarrette Blount game....he's a great pivot off DJ imho. Who everyone will be on, and no one will be on blount....

I'm really warming up to THOMAS RAWL, not many will be on him, and Minnesota is not good against the run. They allowed Eddie Lacy to go for over a 100 yards on the ground. I think you're chasing points with Wilson and any receiver from Seattle. Minny's pass defense has been rock solid all year.

Lesean McCoy should be low owned, against a Houston defense that seems to have found themselves. With Karlo Williams out, McCoy gets the bell cow of the carries and the receiving opps. I love home RBs, and the usage here even against a recently good defense is really hard to pass up.

Andy Dalton is very interesting this week, but game script could kill him. They're a 9 pt favorite OTR. Touchdown Tyler Eifert is likely a no go, so AJ Green is a nice GPP play, since Eifert isn't there to steal TDS. Clevelands defense is putrid, if you want to go really contrarian and save some money....Marvin Jonesis in play. He had the same amount of targets in the week 9 matchup as AJ Green, and actually had went 5/78....Eifert had 3 TDS in that game, once again Eifert is likely out.

Jonathan stewart is always in play because of his usage, averaging 20+ carries a game since week 6, but gets robbed TDs by Cam, and Tolbert. In a week where everyone will be on CAm (owned in 26% of lineups on FD thursday slate) I think Stewart could be a good pivot for low ownership and good exposure to the CAR/NO game. He's due for a 20/120/2 game....

Shaun Droughn, see above. Usage is there, and Blaine Gabbert absolutely loves throwing check downs to him. The only vulture to his potential TD opps, is SF i general.

Delanie Walker Jax ranks 24th against #1 and 30th against TE this season. Just play him. In a week that everyone will be on Scott Chandler, because he's essentially free, Delanie is a great play. Walker had 8/109 against them earlier this year. Walker is getting the targets and he's getting yardage, its all about TD upside....he only has 2 on the year....that will make my exposure to him a little less, despite the great lineup.

The New York Battle, i believe will be a shootout. Fitzmagic has 2 TDS in every game he's played this year, for the exception of the Oakland game. Giants rank 20th against #2 WR, and they will likely try and shutdown Brandon MArshall. Eric Decker is in play and I believe is in store for a monster game. I will be overweight on him. OBJ is always in play

Game script worries me about anyone with the Cardinals. They could easily get up to a big lead and just ride DJ. St Louis is ranked 5th in DVOA against the run. I will be fading DJ.

Julio Jones went for 12/156/1, 8/119, 9/161/2, in his 3 games against TB in his career. TB ranks #23 against #1 WRS, and #32 against #2 WRS. Atlanta moves Julio around, so he should feast against this matchup. May be lower owned this week, because of his stinker last week (bad matchup), I will have 100% exposure to him. Matt Ryan can't possibly continue to throw INTS in the RZ can he? Jacob Tamme is an interesting play if Hankerson is out.....

Den/SD with a lost season for SD, I mentioned above, Gates is a few TDS short of the TE TD record....CJ Anderson/Ronnie Hillman split carries, and Hillman is the starter....I will be fading CJ Anderson, but you have to like the matchup.

KC/Oakland, KC ranks 30th against #1 WR, you all saw what Sammy Watkins did to them last week. Crabtree/Cooper are def in play this week. Oakland can't run the ball, and KC stuffs the run, ranking 2nd in the NFL against the run. Carr will likely throw it 40 times.

Car/No stay away from Brandon Cooks, Josh Norman is the straight up truth. Pick your poison with Carolina, NO, ranks 22nd or worse in every single defensive category....Carolina averages 23+ a game this year. Everyone's gonna be on Cam, and he's a great cash play.

Should be a shootout, and I would feel comfortable starting any variation of Both QBS, stack w/ both WRS, and Williams. Williams is due for a big day, he was really highly owned in the Thursday FD slate.

Dallas/Washington Kirk Cousins is the truth at home, ranking in the top 10 in total QBR in his last 3 games....Dallas is actually good against the TE, but horrendous (rank 28th) against #1WR.....a Cousins/Djax stack against Dallas, give's you high upside, low ownership, and exposure to the MNF game. I like Washington D this week, but i kinda like Dmac....i like washington D more though....
