The only problem with firing a coach midseason is the risk of the interim doing well enough to keep the job which is almost always a bad scenario just ask Raiders fans.

You need to start by hiring a good GM but without the QB in place its not a desirable job much like the Jets situation. You'll hear Ben Johnson as his name will come up with every opening but I would be shocked if he takes any job without a QB that he wants.

I could have swore rams hired Tomlin yesterday at half, couldn’t fucking believe Mcvey ran it 3x and punted up 7. He literally handed Seattle the ball with 2 min to go instead of 3 and a time out, wtf difference that make? They tied it up in 65 seconds! I was looking all over the sideline for Tomlin!! Difference being his d doesn’t give that score up very often. Then Mcvey must have woken up after almost not seeing the ball in ot, gets aggressive and scores a td in 4 plays! Only time I ever seen him ball up like a bitch and of course the one time I’ve ever seen him do some shit like that was when I just happened to have rams alt -6.5! Ive seen that mfer go for it from his own 20 in the SB but yesterday he decides to pull that inner Tomlin shit on me!
