He was arrested back in 2008 for driving while intoxicated. The report said Collier County Florida, so one must assume he was in Naples and had too much to drink at the golf club before driving back.

I still think DUI is a possibility as well as him sleeping with someone he shouldn’t have (based off comments from Stars management).
