Have to take the Broncos here. Peterson's 100th game as the Boise State coach and a loss here is more devastating to Boise than it is to the Mormons. Coach will have them prepped and ready as he always does.

This is only the 5th time under Coach Peterson that the Broncs have been dogged by more than 6, they are 3-1 SU and ATS in the 4 previous instances.

Would have played it for a little larger if not for the Boise QB situation and them being somewhat of a 'public' dog.

A few more trends...

BYU 1-5 ATS last 5 at LaVell Edwards Stadium in games playing with 'revenge'.

BYU 2-8 ATS last 10 as a fave of 7 and under.

Boise 16-4 ATS as a dog versus an opponent off a win.

Worth mentioning a certain tout is also on Boise which is the 'fly in the ointment' for me, don't like placing his name within the walls of my thread but Matthew McConaghy once played him in a movie.

Have this game lined at 2.5 via my 'numbers' but the books have adjusted (somewhat overly) given the QB situation. My adjustment lands at 4.5, so not getting a flat 7 doesn't concern me. 'Revenge' is also the weakest angle in 'capping'.
