Not even one full season in Carolina...didn't exactly have much talent to work with....who would want to be Carolina's head coach knowing the leash is this short on top of the lack of talent

Not that Reich is a good coach but maybe he would have been more successful if he had gotten to pick Stroud instead of being overruled by the owner who wanted Bryce Young.

And Bills fans are talking about him replacing McDermott when he inevitably gets fired after this season unless the Bills go deep (they need to make the playoffs first).
He beloved around here, he was the backup during the glory days and led “The Comeback.”
He also looks identical to one of my buddies Joe, but that’s off topic, hehe. Seriously, they are spitting images of each other, it’s remarkable.
