So I guess the Atlanta Braves, Kansas City Chiefs, Florida State Seminoles and countless others will be pressured as well. The political correctness at this point is beyond infuriating.

I'm worried about cancel patrol coming for the Chiefs but it was a theme with KC sports teams: Royals, Kings, Chiefs

One can only assume that the teams have calculated that those pushing name change will be able to replace (in numbers and more importantly $) the fans they will lose-
I don’t see it, but it’s not up to me-
I think they are sadly mistaken-
I also think that the outspoken athletes may one day regret it as attendance, support, and ultimately livelihoods suffer-
