Week 11 numbers:
Entries (includes NFL): 1176 (Total of 7056 picks)

CFB Record so far: 2-2; 175-188 48.2%
Last week:
Top 20 picked games, lop-sided: 8-5 / 52-47 (full season)
Other Lop-sided games: 11-11 last week, 78-90-2 overall
Public Dogs: 6-1/44-40-2
College Overall: 32-25-1 on majority picks but overall pick percentage of just 49.6%.
Pool lines freeze at 10AM on Thursday's; picks due at 6AM MST.
Given 3 of the top 4 most picked games are lop-sided and early games, I will be looking at that later Oklahoma State/UCF game to make a play on UCF, if Michigan/Bama/Kansas go 2-1 or 3-0. Over the years, there are money making opportunities when games line up like this, obviously all four of the favorites can cover but it is a rare. I will be pulling for Bama and Michigan early, then hit UCF.
Public dogs crushed it last week, but of the seven public dogs last week, four were extremely low volume. Kansas, Oklahoma State and Colorado were all winners within the top 20 of overall picks. Five games this week inside the top 20 - Colorado (again the pool is based in Colorado, so there is some bias towards the Colorado teams), Missouri, Fresno, Georgia Tech and Nebraska. I can't see those five all covering today - if I had to take a swipe at the record, I would go 2-3, winners Colorado and Georgia Tech, losers, Missouri, Fresno and Nebraska.
Nebraska is a toss-up to me. They are not good, but being somewhat proficient in basic fundamentals like tackling, gap assignments and blocking can keep you in most games in the B1G West. However, facing a team that can pass, and has explosive potential in the passing game is not a good matchup - if Maryland shows up ready to play a November game for the first time in the history of November, they will have success and Nebraska is so offensively challenged that it will be hard to keep up.
My pool picks:
Texas Tech +3.5
Old Dominion +13.5
Wake Forest +2.5
Colorado +10
UCF +2.5
Texas -10
Good Luck!
