Both of these guys are capable of throwing a gem tonight and quite simply my money is on at least one of them shutting down the opposition if not both tonight. This one should be a good game. Tons of emotion in the Burgh tonight by both squads. Really looks like a toss up to me so I will be rolling with the team that has the experience and getting plus money.

Hate to bet against Francona in spots like this but I really like to bet on Madden in spots like this. I feel like the Indians have kinda limped into this playing bad competition down the stretch while the Rays have had to beat some pretty strong teams just to get to this point. Im a bit worried about the travel but these guys are professionals and are coached by a great motivator.

As far as the Dodgers go I fully expect Kershaw to give up no more than one run. The Braves are free swingers and Kershaw will mow them down. Should be a low scoring game and Im also looking into some sort of under play.

Nolasco scratched in favor of Kershaw on 3 days rest. This is being treated as a win or go home for the Dodgers tonight IMO. They do not want to go back to Atl and have anything happen in game 5. Dodgers respond here in a big way.

Still have yet to have that big payday in the playoffs but its hard to complain since I've ground out a profit thus far. As a fan I'm obviously ecstatic after last nights Doyers game. Excited to have the other series decided so we will know their opponent.

Not going to make a play tonight as I have a unit on the A's to win the series at +140 which boils down to a pretty damn good price for Sonny at home tonight.

Dodgers to win Cards series -135 3 units


First 3 unit bet of the season but I believe it offers up huge value. The Cards Achilles heel is left handed pitching. The stats don't lie, their team BA is 30+ Pts lower vs lefties. An inordinate number of their total wins this season was vs right handed pitching while they were well under .500 vs lefties. The Dodgers happen to have the best lefty on the planet as well as the ability to throw Ryu who has something to prove and replace Nolasco with Capuano. Wainwright can't go till game three and by then the Cards could likely be down 0-2 after facing two cy young pitchers to open up in St Louis. Ethier should also be back only making a strong lineup even better. At this low of a price there will be plenty of options to hedge if the series goes sideways.

tight series. A couple bounces go the other way and its 2-0 dodgers. A lot has been made about the lack of Dodgers hitting but they are out hitting the Cards by a decent margin. Beltran is single handedly winning the CS. Like Ryu to rebound tonight vs a team that struggles to hit lefties.
