Good field.

Obviously the RBC guys are there.

Keegan perhaps? He was bad last week though.

Heard a guy on VSIN that was a golf handicapper, he said fade the Canucks in every matchup if you can find them.
He said this is big for them and they choke big time.

Not sure I want to research who the Canuck golfers are, but it wouldn't take long.

Adam Hadwin

Corey Connors

not sure who else...

I really would NOT fade some of the Canadians. Corey Conners WON the Texas Open back in early April. Adam Hadwin only two CUT this season and was tied 2nd in the Desert Classic mid January. MacKenzie Hughes got tied 8th at Colonial and tied 2nd Corales late March. the rest of the Canadian "scrubs" will probably NOT have a match play :(

Giving it a go. Mise well go for two weeks in a row... Found a 60-1 on him. Lfg Pat Bradley!
Oh my, he's absolutely cookin right now. FIVE straight birdies and tied for the lead. Let's post a number, LFG.

well looking like a big "bounce back" tourney for Keegan Bradley so far the leader @ [-7] two of my "cats & dogs", Sun Jae Im and Erik Van Rooyen, in the four tied 2nd [-6]. Nick Taylor low Canadian so far [-6] also tied 2nd :)

after first round five Canadians in the top 20. Nick Taylor tied 2nd [-6] Adam Hadwin tied 6th [-5] David Hearn (finished solo 3rd in 2015) MacKenzie Hughes and Drew Nesbitt (OWGR #846) tied 15th [-4]

after first round tourney match plays
Scott Piercy +115 [+2] over Sergio Garcia [+1] 1 down
Ryan Palmer +110 [-2] over Keegan Bradley [-7] 5 down
Brandt Snedeker +130 [-1] over Bubba Watson [+1] 2 UP
Matt Kuchar +120 [-5] over Justin Thomas [even] 5 UP

Well, this bet looks dead. Clubhouse leader on an easier course and over par today. It was exciting for a minute.

Saturday single round match ups:

Straka +250 vs Rory: Rory was paired up with a hot group first two days. Kuchar -12 and Webb -10... both guys putted lights out. I believe in the "hot group" theory and I think Rory was aided by these two guys shooting lights out (as well as putting lights out too). Straka will be looking forward to this paring in my opinion whereas Rory will be getting away from two hot players. How much effort does Rory want to put into this event with Pebble next week? Mind you these guys are tied first two days... Obviously a long shot but how many times do you get a +250 dog you feel good about in baseball? I know I don't get that feeling often... price play

Willett -115 vs Harman: Danny has been on my radar since the PGA two weeks ago. He seems to be turning the corner whereas Harman is having a down season. Harman went low Friday which will be difficult to follow up with another low one today. Willett has been averaging longer drives by 25 yards and is hitting more gir. Until Harman comes out of his funk I think he may be worth fading...
