Herbie with a nice b2b of Rams Seahawks on Thursday and slide right into Norman for the playoff on Friday.

Gus has rubbed off way too much on JK.

And probably rubbed off way too much to the AAG.

Interesting observation. I've been trying to figure out what's happened to Klatt and maybe you can only be around weirdness so long before you start getting sideways yourself.

Klatt needs a new partner. He's still spectacular on his podcast. Love his insight. He's stuck in a bad relationship at this point.

Although that's nothing compared to poor Herbie in the Amazon booth.

I'll take Herbie and Peter the Dog calling TNF next year please.

24MM viewers for the Rose Bowl. Biggest # for any playoff game since the12-team inception including last year's final.

Assuming this was predetermined ahead of the bowls.
McDonough said they were predetermined before the quarter finals.

He lives in Scottsdale so he would've preferred doing that game, not only because of the proximity to home, but the fact they called the Miami/Texas A&M game, but the Miss/UGA game. He felt they were more familiar with those two teams.

Thanks for the correction. I thought he lived in Conn.

Where did you hear the above? Always interested to hear more of McDonough in any respect.

I did too. That's why I went and listened to the interview again. But after googling more, it said he lives in Scottsdale.

Interview with 680 in Atlanta day after Sugar Bowl.
