Did you already play all those games you have predictions on? Or just simply predictions at this point? Kinda surprised that you have BC losing to Navy. Seems like BC should be able to impose their will on Navy. Is it a fade based on the coaching situation?
 
albyman-simply navy is the better team and has more motivation.....i will be playing all games unless otherwise noted as of now
 
So Troy, are you saying that these are your plays? So then, you are playing Rice -3 correct?
 
yes b/c the line moved a lot i wanted +7.5 but its at -3.5 now so i bough the half as i'm not an idot and know rice will SU
 
lsu will be close IMO and may ust play over thats why i posted a spread and put undecided cause i haven;t pulled the trigger yet i will post day of game to give a refresher and remind any one who cares what I am playing

i do flat bet for the most part and if I don't its only within $20 or so b/c of buying a point


abcs- i will buy up to 1 point either way at -125/-130 something that makes me feel more comfortable so i do it and it usually works out i never needed to in the first place.
 
My first bowl play of the year is on BYU -3 tonight for 2 units. Glad I waited for it to come down from 3.5. Always like to see us on the same side for these bowl games Troy as we did some damage last season at this time of year. Will start up my own thread eventually, but forum is too cluttered right now to bother, so will wait till later in the bowl season and then just copy and paste into it later.

Troy - Will do. Been trying to focus on getting back into cbb this week since I haven't been around for the last few weeks due to taking care of family stuff. Will dive into cfb this weekend as I am off Friday and Monday.
 
Already have Rice down as a play. Just trying to figure out if I should bite the bullet and take the 3 130 for security since we are still early on in the bowl season. Don't wanna be greedy this early. Plenty of time for that once Jan rolls around haha. Will start up a thread tomorrow with my actual plays ongoing so that I don't clutter yours up to much.

Also have USF and SJSU on my list (of course, SJSU, since I don't think I have lost with em this year), but don't have any feel for Utah/Tulsa so I will pass on that one. Haven't locked these 2 in yet though, so still no plays as I will wait and see how the lines shake out Friday night on these. Definitely will get my own thread up by then, just being lazy now haha.
 
I noticed you have the Motor City Bowl being a lot closer than most people think it will be as MTSU is overmatched in all facets. Could you give some thoughts on your selection here?
 
First off this is a Blue Raiders team that has never played in a bowl game before. Motivation and chance to showcase what they are all about on national TV. Second MTSU will not be intimidated as they have played 2 top 10 teams this year in season play as well as 5 bowl teams. Yes they lost those 2 games to top 10 teams by 4 tds but lets face reality the Chips are no Sooners or Cardinals either. Also they are led by a senior QB and should perform well. Defensively they are pretty solid only giving up 13 ppg to opponents not named OU, Lou and SC. CMU is without their head coach and they are playing a lesser opponent on paper by far. The chips will come out flat and expect to roll but in corsos words"not so fast my friend" watch for atleast 1 lead change and some pressure on CMU to just win let alone cover their DD spread.

Man, I suck. I am only 4-1, while everyone else is 7-1, 8-1, 5-1. etc. That's what I get for joining the party late I guess haha.

Great run so far Troy, hope you keep it rolling over the next couple of weeks!

Taking it easy tonight as I am going the conservative route. No need for a lot of stress on Christmas Eve, so gonna take the pussy route and play

HAWAII ML

I think this one will be a fun game to watch, but I am a little leery about laying 7 with the Warriors b/c I think they win but ASU could make it a battle due to their running game. If the Devils are able to control the pace of the game, this one could come down to the end and I don't want to have to worry about the 7 in the 4th quarter. I think Colt shines tonight but I am not sold on Hawaii's defense at all. ASU hasn't impressed on offense this year, but I think they put up some points tonight. Could be anywhere from 35-31 to 45-42 to who knows. Thought about taking ASU plus the 7 but I don't like to play on teams who lose their coach b/c who knows where their head will be. Based on comments I have read, some of the kids are a little pissed, so that could be good or bad. I am not a psychologist, so just give me the Hawaii ML so I can have a stress free night.

For anyone wondering, yes I am too lazy to start my own thread. Who needs a thread from me when I am only 4-1 anyway haha.

Great work Troy! Keep it up!! Hawaii game was a great win but now its on to the Motor City Bowl. I was with you on evevrything except BYU which I deeply regret. Your Motor City Bowl write up has me second guessing the conventional wisdom. In any case G L to everyone. Happy holidays
 
I keep seeing plenty of discussion about the line, would you say this is comparable to the USF line, lots of value on CMU?
