I will be shocked, shocked, if OU doesn't cover 2 touchdowns. The book's now out on Heard - don't let him out of the pocket to eliminate his feet. OSU and TCU saw the film and adjusted. He can occasionally hurt you with a deep ball but not over the middle. The latter's simply due to him being abymal in reading defenses, our coaching staff doesn't trust him at all to take chances on intermediate throws. And keep in mind that Baker Mayfield went to high school 20 minutes from the UT campus, still carrying a large chip on his shoulder. I expect a huge game from him.

The whole "it's a rivalry game" hasn't held much water of late in this series - 13 of the last 17 have been decided by double digits, including our memorable 4 beatdowns under Brown by an average score of 62-13. No one will ever forgive Brown for those.

Thanks Frank for the thoughts, Always appreciated. When I ran the #s I thinks OU has the adv in every dept although rushing about even. I make it a 3 td game and maybe the biggest adv is the fact that Strong appears to have lost his tm. The rivalry always means something but not as much when some of the kids heart is no longer in the game.

That's an interesting start, Blood. I won't be going either way on most of them, but it always makes me think when I see what you have picked.

I've only made up mind on three so far, I took Utah -6 and Oklahoma -13.

Going against you with W Virginia-6. Oklahoma had way too many athletes in the program for W Virginia to handle them on the road, but W Virginia is a lot better in Morgantown and Oklahoma State is struggling this year. They should have lost to Kansas State, a team playing a wide receiver at QB who had never played QB before at any level.

I like Utah a lot. I love to take hard nosed teams at home against spread teams.

I'm not as convinced as the rest of the world seems to be that Texas is hopeless, but we won't see that -13 again so I took Oklahoma, but only for one unit.

I'm also interested in the total on BC/Wake. That may be the lowest total of all time. I'll jump on the under on that one unless it is ridiculously low, which it probably will be.

Had a good week last week, although I admit I got lucky on N Dame/Clemson. Worked out great for me when N Dame missed that try for two. That gave me a tie and a win and if it had gone to overtime I stood a good chance of losing the side AND the total.

Week 5
Duke/BC under 41 x3 Win

Another great weekend last week Hound! Keep it up! Thanks again for all you do. I was finally able to get some of these numbers on the open. Feels good to build up the bankroll. Let have another winning week old man. Cheers!

Respectfully, disagree with you on Okie St. K. St. backup qb did play qb at the community college he attended before transferring to Kansas St. In the first half he threw and ran the ball damn well then got hurt in the 2nd half. Not sure how a team that is 5-0 could be construed as struggling. Kansas St. got a gift holding call deep in their own territory, fourth quarter, to keep a drive alive. Okie St. then drove down the field for the winning score against a team that had been 49-0 with a lead at halftime. Personally, really like Ok. St. in this spot as I thought Mountaineers were really exposed vs. the Sooners.

Watched Okie State in person in Austin and was underwhelmed. Mason Rudolph was just throwing the ball up for grabs in the 2H, maybe he had an injured throwing hand or something. For whatever reason, Gundy still didn't play Walsh. OSU defense played well, but against the Texas offense it's not exactly tough to scheme.

SIAP....WVU lost its best defensive player, Karl Joseph (a safety) to a non-contact knee injury earlier this week. He's arguably one of the best defensive players in school history.

Ok State struggling in that they cannot run the ball--102nd in NCAA in rushing--and in that they are under performing--1-3-1 ATS. And that's against one of the easiest schedules in the country. They have not performed up to the level they believe they can in any game this year.

Their D has been stout and should get better (lost their starting inside linbacker this week, but have a good reserve), but the QB has not performed up to expectations and they just haven't been able run the ball, and in their best years they have always had good RBS and have been been able to run it.

But I don't disagree with you they have a shot against W V, especially with the Mountaineer's best--and toughest--defender out.

GL on all 200 plays.. Im sure you'll have that many with sides, pars, and halftime plays.

Thanks fellas, appreciate the feedback

CG, damn baseball playoff taking all of my coin...I'll barely have enough to make a 100 college plays this wk

Cal Berkeley is a fraud 5-0
We will see on Sat but I tend to agree.Utahs D should slow that Cal O down

wow, 40k really surprises me ksimp, I can see USC fan not being able to travel but damn,40k??
I see on tv where LSU is really spreading the hospitality for USC and donating a lot to the SC flood victims, good to see that. I initially made this a 27 pt game but the Tigers may take it easy on Spurrier I dont see USC scoring more than 2 td

I'm going to try and middle my Oklahoma bet, Blood. I don't like my W Virginia bet much now that they have lost their best player. Even worse, he's their toughest player too. I was counting on a kamakazi effort in a night game, but they can't replace Joseph.

I like several of yours, especially Pitt. I'd take it if I could get that line, but no chance.

I don't know what to make of that LSU/S Carolina game. LSU seems to be treating it like a scrimmage and bending over backwards to ensure S Carolina has a good time. Strange handicapping situation.

Good luck to all.

BOL today blood

I have some concern for LSU today, in the back of my mind something tell me Spurrier is going to pull a rabbit our of his many hats/visors today ...but I'm letting my 5U Lsu play stand
I am glad to see the Louisiana folks showing all of the hospitality that my coonass friends are famous for

Thanks k

have a big day
