Other than sharp action, public 88% on the over and line has steadily shrunk...typically these late games much of the public is chasing and the books make a killing...I have found the best time too use reverse line action is in prime time games...this game qualifies for me with it being a late chaser game, the only people that are staying up to watch this game are alums of these two schools and you/me (gamblers)
