PHI -114 (2*)

Philly...10-2 their last 12 games...Nola provides a firm pitching advantage in this one, in his only 2 starts he has a whip of 0.95 showing that he is more than major league ready...they are 6-1 at home since July 5th and 12-11 since June 2...I can't go to far in depth on this one, obviously the Phils have had their struggles this year but they are HOT HOT HOT...Atlanta has been pretty much a shit show for awhile now...Atl is 4-14 since July 7th, on this puke road trip they are 1-6...Wisler is the only wrinkle in this wager, he has pitched fairly well...players on a team like Atlanta are playing with very little motivation

SF +118 (2*)

Frisco...hitting at a 56% clip as a doggie this year and they are 3-2 as a dog in the 2nd half...Heston has thrown very well on the road, the team is 7-2 in his road starts and he has a whip of 1.0 on the road...the Giants have a 9-3 record in interleague play this year and a 13-2 record in the 2nd half against teams with a losing record...Frisco is 22-6 in game 2 of a series...they are 18-8 against lefties...SF is 16-5 in their last 21 meetings with Texas...Rangers - the Hamels pick up is a solid one but not against the Giants, he threw 3 weeks ago @SF, in 3.33 inn he gave up 9 ER on 12 hits...I also question Hamels motivation being traded to the Rangers...Texas is 2-8 in their last 10 home games vs. righties and 1-6 in their last 7 games as a favorite

Agree with both. Philadelphia is deep now and Hamels off 129 pitches in a new place

LAA/LAD un 6 +105 (2*)

see yesterdays write-up...pretty much the same thing except I think Heaney is a better pitcher than Martinez...One major added bonus to this one is the game time...both the Dodgers and the Angels have had trouble putting up runs in day games, LAD 9-17 to the under while LAA are 6-10...the shadows at Chavez can be very difficult in the later innings of this game, the ball does carry a good bit more during daylight hours but with these two pitchers that shouldn't factor in too much....that's it for me today men...gl
