This was the month I managed to turn it around in rather dramatic fashion last season, so let's hope history repeats...

i'm worried about Montreal Impact on the road, DC United is shit but the last 5 home games for DC, only Portland has won as favourites.
The other road teams were underdogs and won straight up.

Montreal have only be favoured once on the road all season and they lost to Columbus.
 
Well, maybe it is a 'trap' but, then again, I took them at 'PK' and I seriously doubt DC actually win this game, so... Plus, now that the Impact finally got the Mouse off their back with that late winner against Kansas City, they should go in with some positive momentum (and, as those who read my threads know, 'momentum' means everything to me). At worst it's a draw and I get my money back.
 
Is +151 really being a 'favourite' though? Obviously the Impact don't play as well on the road as they do at home, but man... this DC team is shit. Can't score other than on penalty kicks, and have no creativity on offense. All it takes is for Di Vaio to sneak past the backline a few times, and a push is pretty much guaranteed, and maybe even a win.

You got to remember, Montreal also leaks a shit load of goals on the road, completely different team than when they play at home. really really weird but tha'ts how it is.
The line just smells too easy to lure people into, we shall see how it goes but I'm not going to put money on a game where I don't back a much more superior team as oppose to I'm fading a shit team and those are the type of games where you get fucked over!

Well, it probably wasn't the 'sharpest' pick in the world, but the thing that really ticked me off was Corinthians more or less refusing to shoot the ball. The last 20 minutes, they'd break down the Criciuma defense, get in around the box, and then not shoot, looking instead for the perfect pass. Stuff like that just drives me nuts (like Chivas last night still kicking the ball back to the keeper near the end, instead of just sending it long and attacking).

Anyways, looks like another disaster in the making (unbelievable how many games I passed on this morning that hit, and then the second I decide to open it up...) This is what happens when you're running bad and get mind fucked to boot for other peoples amusement... Hopefully I get some 2H goals for a change - maybe I'll go big on the last few.

Thanks cxb - I managed to turn it around in rather dramatic fashion last year (see "December 2012"), but between the huge hole I've managed to dig for myself, the general lack of confidence, and dumbasses fucking with my head (see "July 2013 Redux")... I don't think it's going to be happening this time around.
 
Thanks braves. 2013's been a pretty wretched year to this point across the board but, at the same time, it's more or less just profit from last year that I've managed to piss away, so it could be worse (that hardly makes me feel any better, but still...)
