I like Navy -9.5 over Army, Army lost 4 of it's top 5 rushers including 2 year starting QB Santiago while Navy brings back Senior QB Reyonolds and while Copeland is a big loss still has a solid FB in Swainn and some Senior RB's to replace guys that left. Army lost it's entire D-line and will be undersized even more so than usual there. Pretty flukey for Army to hang within 7 last season scoring it's only TD on a blocked punt early and hitting a 52 yard FG in the last 2 minutes to lose 17-10.
