Saw him play in high school - Bridge City, TX. 215 lbs in 1966 - ran hard and was nasty. Along with Earl Campbell the best high school players I've seen.

Can't wait. High school football starts out here (Honolulu) next Friday Aug 9. Very small state population but they have some nice division one talent. If Univ of Hawaii
could keep all the talent in state they could be a potential group of five champ. I understand why the kids want to go to the mainland especially now with NIL. Hawaii just can't compete.
