Who could have imagined Hooper as the biggest favorite on a huge card l;ike he is tonight. Guida is nearing the end of a long career and has been finished 13 times. I can see Chase getting the sub tonight vs the old pro.
I see Van keeping his fight standing, fighting fearless with sharp strikes while moving forward throughout.

No clue what to do with Weidman at this point.
Randy Brown has won 7 of 8 and is a polished striker with length and skill, but I still expect Battle to weather the storm with forward pressure and aggressive striking. He doesn't mind eating some shots to get to his spot and has much better grappling and subs, although it is a bit concerning that he missed weight by 4 lbs.
Seems crazy we find Sterling (24-4) vs Movsar Evloev (18-0) on the prelims. It may be grappling heavy, although Movsar is very well-rounded and could dominate in a standing affair if Aljo allows it. I want to take Aljo, but it just seems the UFC is feeding him the toughest possible matchups...one good thing is whoever wins should have the inside track to a title shot. Evloev is 8-0 in the UFC but has won every fight by decision while fighting smart without taking chances for the most part. Tough call, but I gotta back ex-champ at these odds.
Luque has lost 3 of last 4 and will be at a definite disadvantage in speed tonight. Gorimbo has progressed quickly with his grappling and TDD, plus he has very quick hands.
