Horses:
NCSU certainly had a decent showing in year two under Doeren. However, no substance in their resume prior to regular season ending victory over UNC. The Wolfpack has a lot back, including a talented QB. Oregon State, meanwhile, obviously suffered significant personnel losses and has a new HC, but generally boasts better talent and plays in a much stronger league than NCSU. My feeling is, that by season's end, Oregon State's PR will be on a par with NCSU's.
Clowncar, as far as this Pac 12 Clash of Titans, I'd make Oregon State a 3-point favorite over the Cougars in what could be Mike Leach's last hoorah in Pullman.
