Let us talk sleepers, stay away and strategy for this upcoming fantasy season.

Link to any fantasy analysis you think would help the forum. There are so many doing this now, I'd like to get a list of the very best and who puts out the best information as well.
 
Best advice comes from Babu Bhatt: "All the time mocking, mocking, mocking". Work those mock drafts! Try different strategies, eventually you find out what could work and what won't for you. If you don't know your draft spot then prepare in thirds: early spot, middle spot, late spot.

I’ll soon have empirical data on how to draft both auction and snake with a newborn and 3.5 year old fighting bedtime.

I bet it doesn’t go well.

Snake you can queue the shit out of it a couple of rounds at a time.......auction would be an impossible task.
 
Thanks BAR for getting this post going i found that wrs are of abundance and rbs are scarce ..we just have to find the next kyrin williams within the rookie rb class....i love Etienne jr this yr cuffed his backup tank but i was lost in late rounds for deep rbs to look into...few more drafts coming up in a few weeks should be better prepared...
 
Mcbride was off the board quick and laporta goes early..tight end every yr tough to fill..i went ferguson and kmet..but pitts having a decent qb should get him some touches
 
Big fan of the bears this yr...Caleb might be that guy...has weapons and a good head on his shoulders...

Keeper league.. kyrin williams, tua and pittman jr...
 
I share a team with my friend who does the draft. He has Aiyuk. How concerned should I be? I imagine holdouts tend to underperform because they lack sufficient physical preparation for the season.

I tend to think as we go on that he is the #1 guy this year.

Am I too optimistic? Is Zeke looking reborn?

Of course Dallas will abandon the run as well. That's always frustrating.
 
Who are people liking in the waiver wire? Can Lazard and Likely be consistent producers? Robinson looks good imo with Puka hurt. It was already being reported before the season that Greg Dortch would get more involved

Likely will be one of the bigger ones this week. I think he's going to outscore Andrews more weeks than not.

A lot of good reports on Bigsby's running ability heading into this season, so his rushing performance isn't very surprising. The dynamic is worth monitoring, but one fact that tempers hype for him is that Etienne still beat him in targets 3-0, Etienne also had two receptions. Bigsby had all of one reception last year, and I don't think he'll carve into Etienne's pass-catching role.

I drafted Tank very late last year and nada. ...
I was surprised this week
 
Any CMC owners out there? Kinda wonder if this might be a longer-term thing and that it might be wise to try to trade him for someone like Achane
 
Who do you guys like on waiver wire this week? Bucky and Braelon seem to be hot picks but they’re both gone in my league :(

I don’t think I’m giving out any info since I made this move in the CTG league I picked up Roschon Johnson. I actually picked him up in my 3 leagues, even a 10 teamer.

Emanuel Wilson maybe worth a stash to see if he establishes a role going forward, C-Pat for low end usage since Warren might be out this week

Probably time to stash Tyrone Tracy soon if you’re into the Giants offense haha. I already have Nabors and can’t bring myself to commit another spot to that offense

Iosivac, Mooney, and even Legette deserve to be owned in more leagues. Legette more as a stash.

Anyone with me on Titans defense? I think it's a criminally underrated group, and I don't think Huntley is good enough or knowledgable enough about the playbook to really make much of a difference relative to Skylar/Boyle.

If you see Ladd McConkey available, are you rostering him? 10 team league, 12 team league, full PPR vs half PPR?

Where do you draw the line?

This has to do more with a drop decision I’m facing and it’s likely Ladd McConkey thanks to injuries and bye week hell I am already facing in my IDP league.

McConkey is a tough call.....he's going to be the #1 option all year but if Herbert is only throwing it 25-28 times a game he's looking at 7 targets as his ceiling. IMO if he's your #5 WR or worse he can be dropped.

The best QB belongs to Coleman and only Shakir and Kincaid really stand ahead of him on the pecking order.
The best situation for more playing time and target share probably belongs to Tucker as long as Adams goes, although who knows what he brings back in return.

For overall offensive potency, target share, talent/ability estimation, I‘d put Coleman first then Allen
 
I need to replace Shaheed and likely also Aiyuk. Anyone got wide receiver waiver wire suggestions for me? I like Elijah Moore with rapist out and Amari gone, but I don’t really know.

It's a freakin' wasteland at WR right now....I've lost Rice and Puka and haven't been able to come close production wise. This week I tried JuJu and Jameson Williams ahead of Christian Kirk.....the three of them combined for 4 ppr points.

Looking at your list.....I'd say Shakir, then Doubs, with Piersall, Troy Franklin and Elijah Moore in the next tier (especially if Winston plays). I'm targeting Jennings wherever I can. He may be further down your list. The top 2 have solid QBs....Piersall and Franklin are both rookies with upside and if Jameis plays he can lift Jeudy, Moore and Njoku.
 
Id also mention Rashod Bateman. Bateman seems to offer a floor but ceiling is low.

Doubs but so many mouths to feed - still I think the blow up spots are there.

If chasing ceiling then perhaps see if Jameis is the starter going forward. Depends on what they want to do with DTR.

Pearsall, Cowing, Franklin could offer some ceiling but seem highly volatile.

Bub Means is worth monitoring but the Saints need their o-line to get healthy or his ceiling is limited too.
 
Do you think it’s worth burning a waiver priority on anyone? I can see Jennings, Pearsall, and maybe McMillan. Otton might be the one really worth targeting in TB. Not sure I’d want to use it on anyone else. In FAAB leagues I don’t think worth using any budget and rather throw out a bunch of $0 bids unless I was desperate.

I stupidly dropped Ricky Pearsall mid game before the Aiyuk injury in the CTG league. 😡
 
Yeah I was going to rage drop him in the CTG last night but then I saw Tracy stumble off the field. One last decent week out of Singletary would be useful.
