They are not far off the the second level teams like England and Italy. Solid attack, just got to fit everybody in. Defense isn't strong, but attack spuld more then counter that against Turkey and Czech Republic.
I don't rate belgium or Italy that high, and if they don't win the group it will be a close contest in the second round
