I think it was a combo of both.... hard not to say they have given up on the season when they can't even move the ball offensively. Stevie J definitely looks like he has packed it in for the season. Spiller never really got going because of injuries and the o-line is performing even worse than expected (they suck anyway). For fantasy purposes I wouldn't hesitate to start pretty much anyone against them, but they have a knack for winning games when nobody thinks they will....
