Giants purchased the contract of LHP Andrew Suarez from Triple-A Sacramento.
Suarez is scheduled to start for the Giants on Wednesday afternoon against the Diamondbacks. It will be the 25-year-old southpaw's major league debut. He owns a decent 3.20 ERA, 1.26 WHIP, and 300/80 K/BB ratio in 342 2/3 career minor league innings and might have some appeal as a fantasy streamer in deeper mixed formats.
