Good day yesterday. Completely wrong with the Warriors total but was saved by OT. Baron injury cost me some money for sure. Halloween was the shit.
Hawks -3' Liked this one a bit more before the Sixers waxed the Knicks and played limited minutes. Still surprised that Iggy played 37 minutes and I imagine it's to try to get him into sync. He hasn't played well in either of the first two games. Hawks were awesome last year as home favorites. Unfortunately this is a road dominated series. Hope it doesn't bite me in the ass.
Dallas/Minny O200 Simply put Carlisle looks like he gave Dallas the green light to do what they want and they love running. It was almost as if they went straight back to the Don Nelson days vs. Houston. See this one easily clearing 200.
Dallas -3' Minny held on to beat a bad Sacramento team at home, but they'll need a much stronger effort against Dallas. Dallas has beaten Minny by 16 or more 4 of the last 5 games and with Cle and a WC road trip on deck I expect the same here. This will be the #1 square play, but I'm just not impressed with Minnesota here.
Lakers -6' These teams are in a different league and it was on display last year for the playoffs. A bit worried about this being the first game outside of the Staples Center for the Lakers, but I'll deal with it.
Cavs +5 No Peja and a doubtful Chandler have me pulling the trigger here. CP3 and West aren't enough to cover a 5 point spread IMO. Thinking about it further I think the 1st half is the strongest play as Paul will get some rest in the 1st quarter and the road team seems to be doing better out of the gate in home openers.
Magic -9 I think the Kings suck. End of story. Once they get Miller back they will become more formidable, but the Magic own their home crowd a blowout after the Hawks debacle and I think they deliver.
Adding three totals and I'm done for the day:
GSW/NJN Under 206'
OKC/HOU U192'
LAC/UTA U192
