Contest Rules

1) To sign up for the College Football Bowl Confidence Pool, you must first register in our forum by clicking this link. If you have already signed up to our forum, please feel free to go ahead and make your picks logging into the forum and clicking the link that takes you to the picks page.

2) Each person may only make one entry into the pool. CTG has the right to cancel selections of those who violate this rule or any other rule.

3) All picks must be placed prior to the start of the first game of the bowl season, which is on 12/20 at 9:00 PM EST.

4) Once your picks are made, you will not be able to change them. No exceptions.

5) You are picking the winner of each game (straight up, no point spread is involved), as well as assigning a unique number (1 through 32) to each game. You will assign 32 to the team you are most confident will win, 1 to the team you are least confident in winning.

6) In case of a tie, the person who is closest to choosing the total combined points of the National Championship without going over the total points scored of both teams will be the winner. If needed, the Rose Bowl will follow the same guidelines.

7) Each game you correctly pick the winner of, you will accumulate the amount of confidence points you put toward that team. An incorrect pick gets 0 points.

8) The person with the most points at the conclusion of the BCS National Championship game will be declared the winner. Tiebreakers will be the National Championship game total points and then the Rose Bowl, in that order.

9) Winner(s) must have an Account with The Pig Sportsbook. Your account info must be provided before entering the picks page. No deposit necessary.

10) Prize amounts will be as follows:

1st: $250 Funded to your Pig account and 250 cash
2nd: $150 Funded to your Pig account and 150 Cash
3rd: $100 Funded to your Pig Account and 100 cash

Bump :tiphat:

Don't be lazy...and don't let The Pig acct keep you from playing. No deposit is needed...jsut an acct #. It's as easy as setting up an e-mail acct or something. And the only reason even that's necessary is so that the winners can be paid the half of this contest that they're sponsoring. Bottom line, it's not any trouble...and hopefully won't be a deterent to enter the best fucking bowl pool you'll find on the net. Twita did a helluva job throwing yet another masterpiece together.

So with only 1 day left to the 1st bowl game of the season...get in there and make your picks!

Have Firefox and Safari. Doesnt work with either. That means I cant post picks or make bets??? Let me know when its fixed - if by the time the bowl games start. I dont phone in plays. They need to know that Dual Intel IMAC is the latest operating system.

Sorry, but I cant get on to join.

Thanks,

G-man, as far as the contest and making picks in it, all you need is an acct ID # which you'd need to call up for. As far as my conversation with them goes, making bets shouldnt be an issue. It just times out when you hit submit for entering your account info.

They are working on the fix for the sign up issue, but by the sounds of things, they wont have it up for before the contest closes at the start of the bowl game tomorrow.

Spent time on the internet with live chat, customer service at the PIG last night and still cant ENTER the contest from here. They were supposed to contact you guys today??? No response yet and its now 2:30 eastern.

My account number is correct. They confirmed it several times last night... They say its a problem here at CTG as they dont have this problem on other sites?

Can someone fix this? Or ?
