Thats actually a big reason why I liked this over. I think what Bird was trying to do was clearly dump Stephen Jackson at whatever cost but to make Indy a team. Dunleavy and Murphy fill roles. Granger gets more minutes and Diogu is the top secret project. Jackson and Harrington were the better players but the trade makes them a better team with cheaper parts..

far from over but damn did Indy look fishy here...
 
Really cautious about getting involved with the Wash game at half. I have to believe there was alot of Wash and Over money to start on the fgame. To the point where its just chasing after this game @ Half....

While its embarrasing to say I just not in a sports mood at the moment..watching at least...

Have to say the volume of fouls being called in DET is extremely beneficial to an over happeneing...so good sign and maybe 2nd H over is in order
 
2nd q is typical of det...playing down to their competition...indy making a game of it now

Dont laugh really I am reading alot of shit on the net at the moment. However the 50-60 inch big screen whatever size it is has the SAG awards red carpet on.....thats how interested I am in sports at the moment....and I am not with anyone either....

Fucking JOKE to end that game...O'Neal travels , Indy has NO interest at the end of the game and still with a chance Granger fires up a flatfooted bomb three .....which went of Det....
 
insane. Just insane. Can't believe how dumb it ended. It was a good bet, well reasoned, well thought out, the value was huge, and they lose by 8.

Indiana was down by 4 and let Detroit run the clock down to 16 seconds when Billups (I think) hit a shot to put the Pistons up by 6. Do not understand why they didn't start putting the Pistons on the line with about 35 seconds to go down down 4 instead of letting the Pistons take the game clock down so far, and still allowing a score. IMO, that is bad coaching.

For Indy backers I know games are not fixed but damn you wonder where Indy was down the stretch mentally? Like someone knew this team would brain fart its way down the stretch...tied at 79...just dumb baksetball all the way down....which looks weird when you see this line going from 6.5 to 7.5....I just dont understand anything Indy did down the stretch.

Sad part is the writing is on the wall anytime you have an OVER and the fourth quarter starts off scoreless or relatively scoreless for the first 2 or 3 minutes...

When your going good you get the breaks when your not it just piles on..

Spiderman - Actually that said that myself couple posts earlier. Just dumb all the way around. 91-87 start the FT game and this goes over....just dont understand the mental lapses for players or coaches...
 
I mean I just can't understand what Carlisle did after Indiana tied the game at 79. Absolutely nothing good. They let the clock run out AND allowed Detroit to score in almost every possession as spiderman said. What's good with that? They fell apart mentally after spending the last hour and a half trying to fix that woeful 1st quarter performance. And what do they end up doing? Choking in the last couple of minutes. 8 point loss. Jeez.

I couldnt have asked for a better 1st H.....

The way LAC has played it would be wise to play Sa -5.5 and Over but I am tired and want some sleep so let it ride!

With 3 quarters in the books I know the 2nd H over wil hit and I would say the chance is well above 50% that I lose my Under 203...well above...

Looks like I just cant decide what plays to hedge....I'll almost be suprised to win the under watching the last 6 minutes of the 3rd Q...
