...not just yet anyways because even after last night, I cannot see the Phillies beating HOU in a battle of pens very often. They do have their best starter going tonight and Wheeler has been money in the postseason allowing a mere 5 runs in 4 starts (25.1 inn) with a WHIP of 0.513 and 25-3 K to BB over them 4 games. But Framber is just as good and he's also been getting it done in two playoff starts- 2 wins, 12.2 inn, 4 runs, WHIP 0.868, and 15-3 K to BB. The biggest difference comes in the bullpen where the Astros at home in over 500 inn this year have an overall 2.13 ERA / 1.00 WHIP while PHI's pen has put up 4.13/1.370 overall and 4.60 / 1.490 away. Harper sparked their comeback and kept them believing last night. It was an awe-inspiring comeback. If somehow Philly manages a win tonight, they
WILL most likely win the series, but when they lose... their talent will not be able to rekindle the magic vs this extremely talented HOU pitching staff.
Houston 5-1 tonight
