NFL Division Win Total

I was at a casino in Tahoe and saw a future that was too hard to pass up.
I took 49ers wins in the NFC West over 3.5.
Should sweep Seattle and at worst split with Rams who they’ve dominated winning 6 out of last 7(They can win 6, but we’ll take LVI) and split with Arizona.
For this bet I’m now hoping Jimmy G stays in case Lance isn’t ready. This team is too loaded not to go 4-2 in the division especially with Seattle dropping off.

Only way this loses is if Lance is a disaster

That was my 1st thought when reading your post. I havnt heard anything that sounds promising in reports about him!! If you told me it was gonna be Jimmy g team I’d be with you 100%., it’s amazing they still in a position that even if Lance a total bust they can continue being competitive, trading way up to take a qb who can’t play would kill most teams!!

I live in the Bay Area and all Ive heard are great things. Have to take it all with a grain of salt but I’m feeling Seattle is really down, they've owned the Rams except for the most important game of the last 7. Arizona is at least a split.
9ers are pretty stacked and flying under the radar because of Lance. We’ll see!

I been hearing shit like they trying to rework his throwing motion completely and some other not real flattering things! Lol. Ya’ll still got Jimmy tho, which in itself makes me wonder. I agree they SB ready outside of qb, seattle certainly ain’t gonna be better!

Jimmy G has to stay or Shanahan and Lynch are going to look like dumbasses if they can’t protect Lance.
I’ve said this since they drafted Lance, WTF are they doing? D1AA with 1 yr of experience vs the Rider’s of the world?

You know how it goes, those kinda guys get infatuated with potential and raw talent, plus the idea of looking smart when the kid from small school who hardly even played college ball hits! Ego’s man, everyone wants to prove to be smartest!! I had heard there was a ton of debate on who they were gonna take, I thought it was dumb to trade up in 1st place, once they did that they were pretty much stuck, they woulda and shoulda rightfully got roasted had they took Mac-n-cheese at that spot!

I think a lot of it all went down just cause they were getting sick of wasting seasons when Jimmy g got hurt, if he wasn’t so fragile don’t think they woulda did that shit. They jumped up all aggressive which I’m good with aggressive but it like they did it then realized “oh fuck, there really isn’t a guy that gonna be worth what we gave up!”, lol.

What's funny is Jimmy G went to a much worse school at the same level as Lance. Jerry Rice went to Miss Valley St. Discounting those schools will destroy you to. Gotta roll the dice at times. This move up when you just traded for Jimmy is worse than picking Lance in general.

Also throwing Lance to the wolves after a season when they admitted he wasn't ready is...confusing to say the least.

I think the lack of playing time at that school was much more damning than the school itself. I’m not knocking small school players, talent obviously comes from all over. I’m sure they wernt planning on feeling like they had to move up for a qb a few seasons after trading for and signing Jimmy, don’t think they realized how freaking fragile he was when they went and got him, tough to fault them for that. I’m sure they had to be pulling their hair out every year with a SB caliber roster and a qb who kept going down, along with bunch of other injuries some years!! They seem a bit snake bitten in the injury department.

Health always seems to be the issue since shanny took over. Not just Jimmy g but they seem to have a unusually high rate of injuries to their impact players. That one year it seemed like the whole damn team was hurt, feels like they have running backs dropping like flies every year, then of course there Jimmy who gets hurt watching film!!

Tough to find many rosters around the league that been put together better than them, shanny puts his guys in great spots to succeed, outside the trade up for Lance seems like lynch/front office does a fantastic job. Really can’t blame them for trading up, as mentioned they had to be going crazy knowing they throwing away years in what should be a championship window cause Jimmy can’t stay healthy. Plus while Lance may have been (and still is) super raw it is real easy to envision how amazing Shanny offense could look with a guy with his skill set running it!! I was hoping he turned out to be as advertised and was dying to see him get into games last year cause the thought of shanny having a big strong kid with a rifle arm and can run like he can is exciting! I wish he would emerge and run away w the job cause it could be a crazy fun offense to watch with those weapons and him as trigger man!!

My only other question mark with niners is the happiness of my guy Debo, isn’t he pissed off bout not getting his money? Even demanding a trade at one point this offseason wasn’t he? Is that all smoothed out? Imo he is the heart and soul of the offense, love watching him run with ball after catch or out of backfield! Also loved cashing rush yards props on him all 2nd half the season and playoffs!! Way he plays if he not happy I’d worry it won’t be the same since he a max effort 1000 mph kinda guy who gets banged up and continues dropping the hammer on tacklers! The really should pay him, if anyone deserves his money I think it him, he carried their asses in the playoffs last year!

I do not know much about the 49ers only that I can't stand them. Though my coworkers are huge fans. They say that if Trey is a disaster they're going with the backup whose name isn't Garoppolo. Yeah so according to the season ticket holders at my work if Trey doesn't work out it's some other guy but garoppolo's not coming in if Trey doesn't do well
