****MLB In-Game Thread****

Went to that Spring Training game a couple weeks ago in Peoria, Mariners/Pads and got a good ticket. Doubt I saw but a couple pitches.

Was focused on beer and women in from Seattle and San Diego....but more importantly watched the pitch clock on the outfield wall and the delivery was in peripheral view. Was fascinating in that game, most pitches were released by 3 seconds at the latest. Really didn't care about the game lol. Was just interesting to see how they used that clock.

I dunno what been on my tv most the day today. I been on phone posting and on laptop looking at numbers. Lol.

Check out A’s numbers today, for 7 runs they have like 2-3 guys actually producing

O’s just walked it off and managed to only win a game they scored 8 runs vs A’s by 1. Baseball, lol.

No Netflix until I get a settle down chick that needs it

Will say I miss out on some good shit tho
I'm of the same mind - refuse to watch anything Netflix. But this is David Fincher, (seven, fight club, social network, zodiac, dragon tattoo, etc). My wife begged me to watch it because she loved it and swore I'd like it. She knows me well!

Yeah I don't even know why I have HBO honestly, might watch something once a month

Really only things I watch are Law and Order marathons, NCIS (wherever) marathons, couple other things then real crime stuff

Manchester City, don't miss a match

Now Suns playoffs, won't miss a minute

Then we get air disaster/Mayday types that have me fascinated because I want to know what failed and how the aviation industry has improved

Go figure, I'm single at 48

But I have the attention span of a fly

Have said it before somewhere in here but watching air disasters on a flight are one of the most rewarding experiences in life. Of course have the earbuds in but still, it's priceless.

I don't have a link but Weather Channel shows them late in the night

New channel called Quest has had episodes called Mayday showing at night too....these are brutal disasters at times but have a couple buds who are pilots and live this stuff up

Back to bases before this becomes a therapy session on airplane safety (they're safer than your sofa)

Minny +115 2*
Detroilet/Toronto o9.5 +100 2*

Speaking of the potential records today I think cards rookie Jordan walker can take the record for hit streak to start a career tonight, pretty sure he tied someone yesterday and can break tonight. Not sure what happened but cards seemingly got a little better identifying position players and have started to suck with pitching, walker looks like he could be pretty good. Maybe a tad lucky so far I dunno, he hitting it hard but his ground ball rate super high and his launch angle super low, only 2 extra base hits (both bombs tho) and mostly 1 hit games but overall a really nice start to the career of a 20 year old who didn’t play college and only bout 200 minor league games before coming up.

Ran yanks rookie pitcher from game in 1st! After top the lineup went single single walk, the bottom went double, double, out, double, bomb. Welcome to the majors kid, you have had it too easy, it ain’t all sunshine and roses!

Lol this is great.

Kinda, just know I’ll be even more annoyed if they find a way not to win. Like a college basketball team getting up 15-20 and you know it ain’t over, lol. I didn’t love fact Ryan a fly ball pitcher in that park but we see, hopefully he continues missing bats.,

The 2 leadoff guys who got singles the 1st time up go b2b the 2nd AB’s of inning. You don’t see that very often!!

for all the offense we have seen that was about biggest 1st half a inning I recall this year.

Good job by Ryan making quick work of yanks in 1st, didn’t wanna let them get a few runs and think they could climb back in.
