2022 United State Open Discussion

Z leaving that putt short on 17 was a killer. Fitz had some really good breaks on some tee shots but 17/18 greens in regulation is so clutch. Congrats to him… so close with Z outright at 27-1…
Crazy to think a guy that didn't qualify for the Tour Championship on some bogus rule last year has finished T6, 2, T2 in the three majors so far this season

His putting seems to be improving. He keeps putting himself in position to win these bigger tournaments. I’m not getting that “Fowler” vibe with him. Just a matter of time before he breaks through. And when he does it’ll be Scheffler- like and win in bunches. From a betting standpoint, his value is going to become less and less moving forward. Great tournament and loved the venue…

He'll likely be Ryder Cup/Prez Cup every year for at least a decade. His iron play is magical, don't see that except from the elite.

Clearly he knows the putting stroke is straight shit and handles it well...most of us would come unglued but it's like he doesn't give a shit.

Never thought that squaring up the club face was a thing with a putter but Z seems to have made it a thing and worked it out

Clearly his putting is an issue and he and his team are figuring out how to try and improve it. His stroke looks solid on the longer putts. Obviously it looks really shaky up close. Amazing talent that should continue to improve over time…

He makes a bunch of putts

At what point do you just not make it a thing and let it go? I don't understand putting yips but the last thing anyone wants to do is introduce the concept
