U.S. OPEN 2021 Selections

bones

We Must Protect Our Democracy
38-27-14 since RBC Heritage mid-April

I am playing quite a few Tournament match-ups. They are:

Xander -115 Over P Cantlay (coming in at better form, hometown. I usually do not load up on a bet, but I am tempted) WIN

P Reed -115 Over Hovland
(played well here & he is hated, pretty much unjustly imo) WIN

G Woodland +110 Over Seagull Hoffman
(former US Open winner who has played well here. If he can avoid the big #s he can win. Liked his pre-tourney interview) WIN

Wilco Nienaber -115 Over G Migliozzi
(this kid is a bomber) LOSE - can wave the white flag early

Bryson -115 Over Rory
(his game plan is same as last year -bombs away and when he misses fairways he will get it out with 8 iron or less) LOSER - big time meltdown

Tony Finau finishes in Top 21 -130 (I think this may be where he finally wins. This bet seems too easy, which makes me nervous) LOSE

I will add Round Match-Ups and will include all bets in this post.

Good luck all.

Tourney Wager Additions:

Xander will finish 9th or better -120 WIN

Bryson finishes 4th or better +105 LOSER
- big time

Round #1 - No Selections. Going to wait and see if the tourney starts as I think. Plenty of action in tourney matches for now

Round #2:

Xander will score Under 71.5 +102 WIN

Koepka +110 to win group over Morikowa & Justin Thomas LOSE - not even close

Phil -115 Over Max Homa WIN

Round #3

Going back to the well with the first one - at worse odds:

Xander will score Under 71.5 -125 LOSE - needed him to birdie 18

Wolff will score Under 72.5 -110 LOSE - needed him to birdie 18

Bryson scores Under 71.5 +100 WIN

Reavie +150 Over Berger PUSH

Round #4

Ian Poulter -120 Over F. Molinari LOSER - meltdown on the back

Will wait for you to post your RD1 but I have 2 3 balls I’m interested in your opinion on
Fire away, love to see what you're looking at. I am only making 1 RD#1 selection and do not know what it is yet. I am leaning Chez Reavie over Z Johnson

Two stood out to me

Poulter +160 over Palmer/Walker
Bhatia +110 over Koran/A. Ortiz

No opinion on Bhatia group..it does have an amateur. But I know nothing

I see your point on Poulter, but Ryan Palmer is what I choose to call a "player." He's a guy that knows how to play steady eddy golf. Like his distance off the tee over Poulter. But, who knows?

Adding:

Tourney wager:

Xander will finish 9th or better -120

Round #2:

Xander will score Under 71.5 +102

Round #3

Adding

Bryson scores Under 71.5 +100

Adding a little flyer:

Reavie +150 Over Berger
