the day off didn’t help us as we dropped the series opener 3-1 to the Mariners our record now stands at 42-77
Hearn (L 2-4) went 5.0 innings giving up five hits two runs both of them earned walked none struck out two gave up no HR’s, he threw 72 pitches which is a career high in

Ibanez 2-3 drove in our only run as he hit his 5th HR

struck out 8 times, went 0-2 with RISP and left 5 on base

Folty gets the ball tonight, he’s 2-11 with a 5.66 ERA he leads MLB in giving up HR’s with 33 of ‘em

as sure as the sun rises daily Foltynewicz gave up a HR, this time in top of the first a two run shot and we lost 3-1 dropping our record to 42-78
he ended up throwing 6.0 innings gave up three hits two runs both earned walked two struck out five and that MLB leading 34th HR
was it a serviceable start yes? but why is he still pitching? let the young ‘uns get a taste of the bigs
should he be on the team next year? NO will he be? most likely yes, because he’s cheap and so is our ownership


our lone run was driven in by Trevino who went 2-3 .223

Garcia 0-4 .243 he’s been awful since the all star game, should have traded him when he had good value

we battled back from a 6-0 deficit after three to lose in 11, final score was 9-8 we are now at 42-79 for the season

A.J. Alexy was serviceable in his major league debut as we won 4-3 taking our record to 46-85, can’t get to excited since the Rockies aren’t the best team in baseball
he threw 81 pitches,gave up one hit no runs walked three and struck out four
Alexy was acquired in a 2017 trade deal that sent Yu Darvish to the Dodgers, Willie Calhoun and Brendon Davis were part of that package
