Subjected myself to a couple innings yesterday and I've never seen worse body language from a pro athlete than Foltynewicz. Every pitch for him was like having teeth pulled. He wanted no part of the mound and was beyond apathetic and disinterested.

I agree he’s at the end of his career, only reason he’s still on team is he’s on the cheap

Garcia 1-5 drove in 1 as he hit his 22nd HR
Gallo 1-2 hit his 24th a solo shot

struck out ten times we went 3-15 with RISP and left 11 on base

thankfully the All Star break starts after today and we only have 73 games left
I do hope Gallo gets traded his value has never been higher, Gibson for sure will go

I’ll say we go 30-43 the rest of the way that will mean we stay under 100 loses

BTW Allard takes to the mound this afternoon

we fell behind early and never caught up losing 4-1 as we head into the all star break at 35-55
Allard went 6.0 innings and took the loss (2-6)
gave up 5 hits 4 runs all earned walked none struck out three and gave up four solo HR’s

for some reason Gallo had the game off, hopefully he’s packing his bags
Solak 1-3 drove in our lone run
our 1-5 batters went a combined 0-17

we struck out 4 times went 0-5 with RISP and left 6 on base

this team has many holes and a bright spot in Garcia
Gibson has been brilliant and will bring us a top prospect or two
Gallo got hot and has greatly increased his trade value
I hope this team doesn’t lose 100 games, will be close

we are now on vacation until Friday when we shuffle off to Buffalo to get blasted by the BlueJays

Yeah that’s what I figured. It does seem that this team has competed all season. At least that’s what I get from your postgame write ups.
we have competed but way to many role players having to play everyday, can’t compete with a roster like we have

we were never in this game at all, nice of the players to take an extra day off as we lost 10-2
down 6-0 after four our record is now 35-56
Lyles was crap in his 4.0 innings gave up 7 hits 6 runs all of them earned walked 3 struck out 3 and gave up 4 yes 4 HR’s
Santana got beat up in his 2 innings as he gave up 4 runs all earned and a HR

Gallo a robust 0-3 striking out twice .237
White 1-3 as he hit a 2 run HR his 5th of the season batting .200
Kiner-Falefa 1-5 .267
Garcia 0-3 .268

Our pitchers have given 13 HRs in our last 3 games
if we play like last night losing 100 games is a given

Allard gets the ball this afternoon
