"Catapult" in the Pegasus Turf @ Gulfstream

bones

We Must Protect Our Democracy
Today. Worth a look.

But, I understand its now raining and the horse does not necessarily like the soft turf.

Going half retirement on CATAPULT
No...but my friend is very familiar with the horse. He never calls to tout. Last night he said horse has a good shot today. This morning he texted & is worried about the rain. Its all FWIW dept.

I just like the name bones, like I need to catapult my ass to the fridge for some water

Or catapult my ass to the scrip crub for some champagne!

Turf is yielding now. Lets see how it plays in the 6th.

Sloppy mud has been speed favoring in races 1-5, all wire to wire jobs.

The return of Bricks and Mortar to stakes racing interests me. No soft ground experience but from Giants Causeway so that shouldn't be a problem.

Let me know how Catapult ends up
Catapult wound up fourth, saved ground inside but flattened out in the stretch.

Bricks and Mortar got the win, bet down from a juicy 5-1 morning line to 5-2 at post time, sigh.
