Bookmaker/BetCris Discussion

To say that CRIS is a leader in the offshore business is an understatement. This is the place where all lines start. Most books will not even open a line until CRIS has established the number. The days of watching Las Vegas have long since past. This is a high-volume book that takes $5,000 bets as routinely as most books take $100 bets.

This is where professional players play. In a day where successful players find that their limits are cut for winning too much, players can win without limit at CRIS and get paid with a smile into the millions of dollars.

For just about as long as there has been offshore wagering, there has been CRIS. This is a very large and established operation that is best suited for the sophisticated player as well as large recreational players who typically wager $500 per event or more.

This will be the site I use the most now. Hopefully they will be around come college football time because them and pinny were the only ones to have early lines on Sunday.

Fuck I can't believe pinny is gone for us.

This is a great book. Strikes me as the foundation of the industry for US customers now that pinny's management blew it out their asses...

I keep about 1/4th of my stake there.

Yeah. For ML dogs, this'll have to be my staple now...Cris and Greek, I would think. I'm in a state of shock myself about pinny....

For those that use mobile devices, betcris seems to be good since they have a URL specifically for mobile devices (wap.betcris.com). lightweight. Doesn't compare to pinny in that you can see all of the lines, but it's better than the other sites. Trust me, I've spent my morning checking out sites on my phone. Painful...

Do they call and harass you all the time? Someone wrote about betcris doing that. That would bother me a bit since I'm a doc and can't be bothered. Only got 1 phone and it's my cell.

Sounds like a good choice. We can always bug them to add lines for sports we used to get on Pinny!

I think I will sign up as soon as my Pinny cash hits Neteller!

Live chatted with Betcris and they said they won't call if you specify.
Also they don't have live betting, but they have quarter betting(drinking games, eh?).

Opened acct at The greek, but haven't heard from them.
Considering opening another at Betcris. May split my $$$ between the 2 books. Would rather not but without live betting.

I got a call from them everyday one week(twice in one day) about a new 22% bonus. After hanging up on them or not returning their messages, I told them that if they call me again they can close my account immediately. I haven't got a call from them ever since(couple months ago. You have to put your foot down right away and most of the time they won't bother you unless it's Betroyal.

Looks like it is gonna take quite some time for my cash to get to Neteller!

Just read that Chris doesn't put up cbb totals till 10:00 a.m day of game. This sucks because Pinny always had them up in the afternoon the day before.

They offer NBA quarter bets? I am also looking for NBL.

As others have mentioned, from now on it's better to spread your money around at different books. This way you have a better chance of getting the type of bets you're looking for and reduce your risk if another book pulls a Pinny.

If people have not cashed out of Pinnacle yet, please wait for a few hours as I'm working on direct transfer from Pinnacle to BetCris (with possible bonuses).

Just something to keep in mind

Lets say you have SD -5 (-110)

$13 to win $11.82 - calculated odds
$13 to in $11 - CRIS

As you see they keep the change and you can figure otu depending on how large or small you bet how much it can add up to. Thye keep the change ON TOP of (-110).

Not trying to discourage, just inform.

This doesn't sound right! Damn! If I go with them, I am going to have to be careful with the amount.

i dont understand why any of you would go to cris instead of dsi, same exact lines with the only difference being that dsi deals dime lines for bases whereas cris deals 20c lines

What is dsi?

What about a sign-up bonus here? Do we need a code? I just went to the sign-in page and there is a spot for a bonus code.

I emailed Pinny yesterday AM about a direct transfer and they stated that due to funding the account with Neteller, I had to W/D using Neteller...BUT they did add $15 to my account to cover Neteller fees....now just gotta wait for Pinny...would assume It'll probably be tomorrow/Monday...

xpression,
Thanks for the info. Will check it out.

Austin,
Good suggestion, especially for osccasional bettors! A true degenerate like myself doesn't have to worry about stuff like that though! lol!

Still don't have an answer about the code. I did click on the link from here but it didn't mention a code or automatic bonus! I'll be spreading my money around, so it won't make that much of a difference, but every little bit counts!

Just need to sign up at BetCris and if it is a new account you'll automatically receive the 21% bonus. Here are the rules behind the bonus.

21% Bonus
- 5x rollover
- $500 max bonus
- $300 min deposit

Two weeks ago I tried to withdraw all funds from my BetCris account via EFT.

It did not go through and they now don't offer EFT and Neteller (obviously).

So, the cheapest option to withdraw now is FedEx check at $60 per withdrawal.

BetCris is fucking garbage

I just deposited, made a bet that I wanted to do on the Overtime in the Duke/Virginia game (Virginia +1.5) and those fuckers want to charge me 60 dollars for a payout?

What a terrible fucking book

Oh yeah, and it was only 100 to win 86.50 because they also have shitty juice

So now I pretty much bet 100 to win 26.50

EDIT - I really might be the most pissed off person ever now

I go to see how much a 150 dollar wager on the Spurs 2nd Half +6 would play

And I see it was 142.50 or w/e so I'm like OK, let me clear this and see

I click REMOVE and click CLEAR and it accepts my fucking bet!!!

I DID NOT WANT TO BET THAT THIS BOOK SUCKS

I think betcris is pertty good so far. the Betpoints is a nice little extra something.

Also if they had Live Betting and low vig it would be a perfect book
