Slept on it and missed out on +600 overnight, still CR path to winning this thing is pretty easy.

Agree that there is a TON of value with Costa Rica, even with the +500 vs 600. Also liking Jamaica to do some damage as well.

Agree, they won't be underdogs until MAYBE the semis against the US depending on who is brought on in the knockout stage, and even then I'm not positive they're dogged. Hope I'm not falling into a trap here.

jfc all this rain and chaos, hope I don't regret this. CR shouldn't be shut out, if they are then it's a poorly judged loss. Couple early Honduras cards wouldn't hurt my feelings.

11805 Costa Rica tt o1 -105 3*
11805 Costa Rica ML +119

Lost value on the US but there's still plenty there, this is the toughest match they face in the group and a great benchmark to see how the program is developing going forward. Looking forward to seeing Dwyer, Morris and Acosta...match is in Nashville so no reason to think they shouldn't win. Crowd should be great for what I initially thought was a somewhat meaningless tournament but have changed my tune a bit. Pretty important for the future of the USMNT I'm thinking.

Ill be following the tourney......I really like UMNT soccer

why did you say this would be a meaningless tourney? Just curious

Initially I thought it was meaningless, buncha B teams from the bigger guns...but let's face it, USA need quite a facelift after 2018 WC and this is how you see what you have. Same for Mex...kinda sucks this is such a ho hum tournament but now I'm figuring it's got a ton of meaning. Alphonso Davies is an absolute superstar and Canadians will tell you all about it, already gained more than I expected. He's 16 ffs.

Didn't watch but nice to see after 0-0 at HT that it only took 12 minutes to take that under down...half of it at least. Shocking it held on at that point to save a little face. Thanks biff, hope we both get it tonight.

Think Jamaica know they're gonna have to go for it here, can't see them thinking they win this 1-0 but they've shown the ability to create a bit which to me means Mexico will get some chances, hopefully early and often. Of course since they're sizable dogs they *could* sit back and just hope for a counter, but here's to hoping they actually try to play a bit more of their game. If so this should see some goals...cue the halftime complaint when Mexico has 75% possession and only 3 shots or something.

11804 Jamaica/Mexico o2 -120 +.5* (total 3*)
11804 1h Jamaica/Mexico o.75 -131 2*

Would think it's funny that they actually won 1-0 if I didn't put so much against that score line. Obviously they didn't play to win it that way, but sometimes you just get beat...the keeper for Jamaica was unreal, saved at least 4 rifle shots and at least it was a fun one to watch, game was open, just couldn't get the goals. That Mexico B team needs to learn how to cross from the wing, those passes were pathetic. I guess I deserved to lose it for thinking there would be some competence there, but Blake (?) was incredible in goal.

US should win this Gold Cup and restore everything we want for the WC next year, the last match was possibly the best match from the US I've seen since last WC and I expect no different tonight. Crowd should be incredible in Santa Clara and I've no reason to not expect goals from them tonight. No reason to think the Jamaicans don't throw the kitchen sink, and the way I think is goals the other way. Let's have some fun...
